a broom

"its a broom," I said in the most dead pan voice possible. I pulled out a broom with a metal handle and a small blade curved towards the brushes on the middle. at the tip of the handle was a red gem.

"it may not seem like much but I'm sure it has many useful abilities," said Esdeath.

"like what," I said swinging the broom towards her. this resulted in a large gust of wind launching at her. "wow."

"perhaps we should go to the training ground so you can learn about your new weapon," suggested Esdeath.

"yeah that might be best," I agreed. I then followed her to the training ground we had our spar in yesterday. i noticed the ice was still there and just barely starting to melt.

"now use my ice from yesterday as target practice till you feel more comfortable with it," she ordered.

I nodded my head as I held the broom up and gave it a good swing this resulted in another gust of wind that bit into the ice. frowning i focused some chakra into my broom and launched again this time the blades of wind did a lot more damage to the ice. I had a gut feeling and I swung my broom while focusing on wind spinning. this caused a tornado to start spin around me. me like a barrier. I then swung my broom again thinking of a single blade. doing so sent a thin wind blade that cut the glacier in half.

"wow this thing is amazing," I said while admiring the broom.

"i wonder," said Esdeath.

"what was that mistress," i asked her.

"well it is a broom with wind capabilities," said Esdeath "so I wonder if it can be a witches broom."

"a witches broom," I said in confusion till it hit me. I hop in the broom and a bit of concentration and let out a yell of joy as I suddenly take off into the sky. I look around admiring the view before I make my way down. only to realize I had no idea how to land and I crashed into the ground. I'm sure even as I passed out I had a huge smile on my face
