the forge

"what is this," I ask in shock. standing in front of me is a giant stone dragon. its mouth was open and a raging fire was going off inside of it.

"we simply call it the forge," Esdeath said. "it is capable of forging weapons of unrivaled power. the thing is that the weapons are meant for only one person and upon their **** the weapon disappears."

"where do they go," I ask.

"no one knows," answered Esdeath. "some think the weapons are gift of Kami and they return to her. while others think that the weapon is a reflection of the users soul, and stays connected to the soul in ****."

"wow," I can only say in shock. "why show me this?"

"because it is now your turn," she said. "all of us wives have a weapon from the forge as well as my most trusted generals."

"what are they," I ask in curiosity.

"Atalante got a bow that never runs out of arrows and can even launch a barrage of arrows with only a single shot. yang got gauntlets that can cause explosions on contact or launch an explosive projectile. Levi has a pen that turns words into their meanings."

"what," I ask confuse by what that meant.

"if she writes sword then the word becomes a sword," she said. "mine was a bit more unique it came as a liquids for me to drink. it boosted my ice power to even higher levels that a Yuki could only dream about."

"That is amazing," I say. "so what do I do?"

you just have to cut your hand on the large tooth in the front of the mouth. you then just need to reach into the flame and keep it their till you feel something in your hand. then just pull it out.

"but wont I get burned," I ask a bit afraid.

"no the flames have never burned anyone who has has come for a weapon," she said to me.

I look at the flames with a bit of hesitation. I shake the fear out of my head as I step towards the dragon head. if they wanted to seriously hurt me they had plenty of opportunities before now. I place my hand on the tooth and bring it down along the tooth. I wince as the tooth cut my hand. I take one more deep breath and plunge my hand into the flame.

I close my eyes expecting a flash of pain. only it never came in fact the flame felt like it was tickling my arm. I let out a giggle and said, "it tickles." I soon felt something appear in my hand . I grab hold of the item and pulled it out.
