What's next?
You are to relax and so pull out Miss Card's .
You head back to the kitchen and grab the vodka. You mangage to take a shot or two before Randall notices. "Hey, what do you have there", she shouts? You show her and she says, "Hey, ley me have some of that. It is mine after all". You hand her the bottle and she mixes it with the drink you made her. "Damn, this is the life". Randall hogs the bottle for the next half hour flipping through channels. "Lets see what's on the adult channels", she states slurring her words. She's pretty wasted. The Ultimate Transplant
Someone you know is given a new body & life
PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others).
