Absolutely nothing!

The four of you begin looking all over this section of the cave for... well, anything, really. Every loose stone, every crack in the walls and floor, is closely inspected at least once. You even stick your hand into a few crevices that under most circumstances you would never explore. But now you're getting a bit **** and the longer you go without finding anything the more and more you all resign yourselves to the fact that there isn't anything to be found here.

Adi is the first to give up, leaving the cave early and sitting at the entrance to wait for the rest of you to return as well. Jon and Nell soon give up as well, both of them taking a look at each other and nodding. Nell has to grab you by the shoulder as you desperately continue searching, hoping that all this journey wouldn't have been for nothing. You turn to him and sigh, disappointed that this hasn't panned out.

The three of you slowly trudge out of the cave, joining Adi to mill about outside the cave. You look up at the sky, squinting at the high midmorning sun. Whatever the four of you decide to do from here, there's a lot of daylight left to do it.
