Tears, Cuddles, and Reassignments

Not long after Lex drifted off to sleep, a small hand was felt gently pressing against her left side. "Hm?" She turned slowly. After her weary eyes adjusted to the low moonlight, she saw Sazla standing beside the bed in human form. This was rather confusing. Sazla should still be resting. "What's wrong? Aren't you still tired?" Sazla's F score ticked up to 140 as she nodded. "I am, but I missed you." She looked down slightly. Her hand slowly running up to Lex's shoulder. "May I join you?" Lex slowly turned over and lifted a hand up to Sazla's cheek. "I don't mind, but what about the kids?"

Sazla looked slightly shocked before smiling understandingly. "Oh? And here I thought we managed to subvert your gaze." There was a short pause as she nuzzled Lex's hand. "Well, don't worry about them. They won't be up until morning." She lifted up one knee onto the edge of the bed. "So, are you ready for me?" Lex pulled back the covers, revealing her unclad form. "Of course." Sazla's eyes widened slightly as her score ticked up to 150. "Is it just me, or did you become even more beautiful?" As she spoke, she slipped underneath the covers, pressing gently against Lex. "Mm, much better."

At that moment, Bianca began to stir. "Lex? Are you still there?" Lex felt her heart skip a beat. Normally this situation wouldn't be a problem, but at this moment. This wasn't good at all. Although she didn't mean any harm, this could easily upset Bianca. However, she couldn't abandon Sazla either. While Lex was thinking of how to answer, Sazla reached out a hand to caress Bianca's side and said. "We're over here. I've had a rough day and wanted to cuddle with Lex too. How about you join us?" Bianca quickly sat up, the moonlight from outside cascading over her slender profile. "You've had a rough day!?" A small gauge, appeared to the right of Lex's view. It displayed Bianca's rapidly changing mood from annoyed to angry with her.

Tears started to roll down Bianca's cheeks as that gauge quickly shot down to sadness. "Did you see your mother die in front of your eyes today too?" Sazla's eyes widened before she looked down, looking rather confused. "Oh no. What happened?" Both Lex and Sazla sat up, but only Lex ran a hand along Bianca's back, causing the gauge to bounce between normal and sadness. Sazla moved closer, reaching out a hand to Bianca's. Lex could only look down while listening to Bianca's account of how Ashley died. Although it was over in a flash, it was perfectly clear that the image was seared into Bianca's mind.

Sazla's eyes were welling up with tears as she hugged Bianca tightly. "I'm so sorry. I didn't know." Bianca let out a soft breath while hugging Sazla in return. "I, I know.." Lex didn't say anything, opting to simply press her body gently against Bianca from behind instead. However, while not focusing on anything in particular, her eyes drifted toward her quest. To her surprise, her quest's optional bonus was still available. She smiled and thought. 'Lucky me.' That was until she noticed something else. She hadn't successfully cleared one of her main objectives. Switching to female before entering her bedroom.

Lex knew she had opened her bedroom door, but because Sazla had been asleep with the kids. She decided not to enter. While letting out a soft breath, she nuzzled gently against Bianca's back. "I think we should all rest. It's been a long day for everyone." Bianca and Sazla looked to Lex then each other before nodding. As Lex laid down, Bianca moved to her right side and Sazla to her left. Laying their heads down against Lex's shoulder and breast on their respective side.

Lex gently wrapped her arms around their waists, holding them gently close. Bianca's right leg wrapped around Lex's. Simultaneously, Sazla's left leg did the same with Lex's. Bianca and Sazla glared at one another for a few seconds before closing their eyes. This was far more intense than she had expected, but after ten minutes of slowly relaxing herself, she fell asleep once again.

Saturday Morning!

Lex let out a soft yawn while slowly stretching. Her eyes opened wide after, realizing she was alone. She blinked twice before getting out of bed while using a mental command to equip her White Button Up T-shirt. She looked out into the hall, but to her dismay. There was no one in sight. Where had everyone gone? She decided to check her bedroom and upon entering, her quest turned itself in.

Resources have increased from 50 wood, 450 granite, 315 metal, and 50 gems to 120 wood, 540 granite, 385 metal, and 60 gems.

After reading all of that, Lex started to look carefully around the room while listening intently to her surroundings. Because she hadn't failed her quest's optional bonus. This made her wonder. Did something happen while she was asleep? That was when she noticed an odd door by the head of her bed. One that had never been there before. She blinked twice before walking over to it and opened it. When she entered a notification appeared in the center of her view.

After moving that notification out of the way, Lex was quite surprised to see a rather massive pampas-like area. A quick glance revealed that this area spread out about a mile in every direction. However, Lex's eyes were drawn to the figure standing near a small log cabin a mere 20 yards away. Upon focusing a bit more, she could tell that it was Bianca. Bianca had her hands around her mother's snow globe, focusing her attention on it. As Lex watched, mountains arose along the edge of the grassy area, creating a more enclosed, but protected feel. Much of the enclosed space was filled with different species of trees. Among them were a few lakes, several streams, and even a couple of waterfalls descending from the mountains.

As Lex began to move closer, the log cabin began to change in size and layout. Once it stopped expanding, she was surprised by how detailed it looked. It was a more luxurious building. If she wasn't mistaken, it was about two stories tall too. As she approached Bianca, she used Observe on the building to learn more. "I'm glad to see you are safe. Um, where are Sazla and the kids?"

Lex was surprised by what she read. However, when her eyes looked to Bianca. She was caught off guard by how truly breath taking Bianca's smile was. "Good morning sleepy head. Sazla and the kids are inside our new home." Bianca wrapped her arms gently around Lex's waist and held her close. "Mm, as much as I'd love to cling to you all day. I have a few more things to do first." She let go of Lex before kissing the tip of Lex's nose. "You should go inside. Your children are quite anxious to meet you, daddy."

Lex's cheeks reddened hearing Bianca's words. She used the mental commands, 'Switch to male.' and 'Equip Black Slacks (Boxers) (Keys) (Phone) (Wallet) and Black Work Shoes (Socks).'.

After a brief pause, Lex let out a nervous breath. This was quite nerve-wracking. He was about to meet his kobold children for the first time. There were several questions that ran through his mind. 'What will my kids be like? Will they be happy to see me? What will their names be? Will they look more like me or Sazla?'
