His First Test

Psichotic used his powers to compomise a government intelligence agent who led him to SHIELD. He then learned which types of villains they sent Black Widow after.

After some test crimes, he led up to try to steal some of SHIELD's secrets, and this led them to send Black Widow after him.

At the SHIELD warehouse, Psichotic ran into Black Widow who was looking rather confident in her ability to take him down.

Psichotic smiled.

"Nice smile," said Natasha. "I love it when men smile like that, so I can wipe it off of their smug faces."

Psichotic smile widened.
