Head home

Danny thought that this might be someghing he'd feel more comfortable doing at home. He packed up his things, grabbed the book, and headed out.

He was walking a bit faster than usual, the adrenaline in him still working in high gear. But who wouldn't when they found out they could change anything in the world?

It didn't take long for Danny to reach his home, and he quickly went through the front door. But as he was making his way to thw stair case, he found himself by being blocked by his parents, Jack and Maddie Fenton.

And they did not look happy.

"And where have you been, young man?" His mother asked with a stern voice.

"Uh, I was-" he tried anwer, but was cut off by his father.

"No excuses! You know you're supposed to be home before curfew! Now, head up to your room and finish your homework. And you can forget visiting you friends this week."

Danny sulked and accepted his parents' orders and walked up stairs and into his room.

His parents treat him so unfairly. It seems like nothing he does is good enough. Man, sometimes he wishes things were differant.

But then, Danny remembered the book. He quickly pulled it out of his bag and smiled as he held it in his hands.

"Well... things are going to be a lot differant now."
