Lauren sighed and nodded as she followed Jessie out to the waiting room, forgetting her shirt which Jessie didn’t bother to remind her about as they walked to the bathroom across from the waiting room. The waiting room now had a bunch of people mainly parents who were waiting for their kids to be done with their check ups.

Jessie led Lauren to the bathroom and left the door wide open as she had Lauren stand in front of the toilet which was right in front of the door. Jessie grabbed a urine cup and then pulled Lauren’s diaper down to her ankles. “Oh sweetie, you soaked your diaper. I think I’m going to have to ask the doctor for a new one,” Jessie said loudly.

“I’m sowwy,” Lauren whimpered, too ashamed to fight back. “I...I tried to hold it.”

“I know,” Jessie said. “But hopefully you still have enough to go potty in this cup.”

Lauren humiliatingly hovered over the toilet while Jessie held the cup under her. She blushed as she immediately peed in the cup which Jessie quickly removed and pushed Lauren onto the small toilet seat. Jessie sealed the cup and used the label stickers to mark it with Lauren’s name. Lauren blushed as she imagined the parents all staring at her, but when she looked, none of them bothered. She realized they must think she’s just some kid and not realize she was actually an adult woman. She supposed she was grateful this time she looked so young as Jessie washed her hands after putting the cup through the slot and then walking back over to Lauren. “Are you done going potty?”

Lauren nodded. “I’m done, mommy.”

Jessie smiled and said. “Okay, lean forward.”

Lauren obeyed as Jessie wiped her bottom and then flushed the toilet. Before pulling the diaper back up. Lauren felt the cold wetness against her skin and wanted to die. How could she have actually wet her diaper? It wasn’t much but even a little was too much. Lauren sighed as Jessie walked her back to the room where a young woman was waiting. That’s when Lauren’s eyes widened as she recognized the nurse to be an old classmate of hers, one that she tended to bully a lot. “Lauren?” Nurse Allen said. “Jessie? What are you two doing?”

Jessie smirked while Lauren didn’t know how to respond as she looked into the eyes of Christine Allen. “Well, this is my new adopted daughter,” Jessie said. “If you would be kind to keep the knowledge about Lauren to yourself, I’d be more than happy to share with you updates about the adventure Lauren is going to be going on.”

Christine laughed. “Wow. So you’re really Lauren.... unbelievable. Wait, you’re the girl Henry was dealing with? Oh my God, that’s hilarious. Well, don’t worry, my lips are sealed. So, little Laurie. Are you ready for your shots?”

Christine pulled out the tray of syringes with needles attached to them. Lauren stared at them fearfully. She HATED shots. But maybe they wouldn’t be so bad in her arm now that she was older.

“Okay, Lauren, I’m going to need you to bend over and lower that diaper of yours so I can deliver your shots,” Christine said.

“W-what?” Lauren said, lip quivering, jaw dropping.

“Come on, little Laurie. Be a good girl and get your little tushy ready for your shots,” Christine said.

Lauren’s eyes bulged as she looked at Jessie and back at Christine both sporting the biggest grins on their faces.
