Chapter 4 by ChocolateAxek ChocolateAxek

What's waiting for him at home?

Nothing too surprising…

Jax made it home without issue but things were different than how they left it this mourning when he left it. The paint on his house was a dark blue in contrast to the light orange it had been before. The driveway was bigger and looked noticeably newer than what it should’ve been. Jax would’ve thought it was the wrong house as he started remembering why his house was like this. When Jax used his new power to make his boss into his sex **** he changed various parts of his life and past because of it. Jax started recalling that he now lived here with Julie and how it was her idea to make the changes to the house and driveway. Jax also recalled the many, many times he’s taken and used her in the past. Jax felt like it happened yet didn’t happen at the same time and didn’t know how to feel about it. Either way, Jax worked hard all day so he decided to take a shower and chill on the couch.

Jax put the ring away in his room as he started flipping through different channels. Jax settled on some Criminal Minds when he heard the sounds of a door opening and closing. Julie came inside looking much more presentable than the last time he saw her.

“Hello, Master,” Julie says before bowing and heading straight to the kitchen. Jax recalled that one of the duties that he assigned her to do was cook dinner as soon as she got home. Jax focused on the tv as he thought about what he could do with his new power. Jax did think that turning his boss into his sex **** was a good idea at the time but what else could he or should he do with this new power? Maybe make the world a better place? Maybe make it a better place for himself alone? For now, Jax thought that he shouldn’t get a big head because overconfidence leads to failure. Jax knows that from his experience in gambling as he watched tv. It wasn’t long before Jax heard a call from Julie telling him that dinner was ready.

Jax sat at the table as Julie served him a plate full of pancakes, bacon, and eggs. While it wasn’t Jax’s first thought when thinking of dinner, he thought it was fine as he started eating his food. Julie sat across from him and ate in silence. Jax took in Julie’s new body as he ate. Staring at her newfound curves and beauty. Jax was about to start ordering Julie to do something when he heard a knock at the door. Jax thought there shouldn’t be anyone visiting at this hour until another memory came to mind as he approached the door.

Jax opened the door to see a younger, cuter version of Julie standing in the doorway. Unlike Julie, this girl had long red twin tails that reached her lower back. She also had a nice slender body type as opposed to Julie’s new busty form. She looked like the kind of girl that guys would be attracted to not for her sexiness but for how much she oozes that cute girl energy. From Jax’s new memories he could recall that this girl is named Jessica and she just turned 18 not long ago. She’s going to a nearby college and thought it would save money to live here instead of paying for an apartment or living in the dorms. Jax remembered agreeing because they had a spare room. Jax let her inside as she looked around the house and greeted her sister.

“Hey Jax, thank you for letting me stay here.”

“It's nothing, just make yourself at home. Here, let me help you with your bags.”

Jessica and Jax went back and forth carrying all her luggage into the guest room. Afterward, we went back to the table and Jessica joined us for dinner. We were discussing various topics until the topic of Jessica’s school came up.

“What do you plan to do in the future?”

“I plan to start my own business once I get my degree.”

“What kind of business do you want to start?”

“I’m not sure yet. I have a few ideas, but I’ll figure out which one I like most by the time I graduate.”

“Do you like going to school?”

Jax instantly realized that he made a mistake by asking a yes or no question.

“Not really, but I’m willing to push through it to get my degree.”

Jax instantly relaxes thinking that he didn’t accidentally shift reality again but then realizes that he no longer has the power to shift reality. Jax wonders if it was a one-time deal, and he wasted it by only making his boss a sex **** and his coworker into a tattoo freak. Jax gets a little depressed at the thought that he lost his powers so quickly before rejoining the conversation. Jax had a good time talking with the two sisters about various things over dinner. Jax finished up his dinner, watched some more tv, and headed to bed with Julie. Jax didn’t feel like having sex so he just cuddled up next to her as he fell asleep.

Jax woke up to his alarm as he noticed that Julie was already up and almost completely dressed for work. Jax didn’t want to go to work today, so he told Julie to excuse him from work today. Since he has the boss wrapped around his finger now why not take advantage of it as Julie happily agreed and started heading towards the kitchen. Jax was already awake from his alarm so he brushed his teeth, washed his face, and got dressed in some casual clothes. Jax thought about his gold ring and put it on before heading to the kitchen when he heard Julie and Jessica talking. Jax stopped and listened in on the conversation.

“I can’t believe you like this guy Julie, you could do so much better. While your company isn’t breaking records, you should still have enough money to move somewhere way nicer and find a much better partner than this random nobody named Jax. He’s not even that hot.”

“He isn’t a random nobody; he’s my boyfriend and I like living here with him. You say he’s not hot, but you’re your definition of hot is too shallow for my tastes.”

“Julie, handsome men with six-packs, influence, and loads of money are hot. This guy doesn’t have any of those things. Being with him is a waste of time. I know when I get my business, I’ll have enough money to find the one for me and use my talents to get what I want.”

“By talents, you mean acting like a good girl that you obviously are not.”

“Man Julie, I thought you were stupid but not this stupid. Of course, it’s all about the right kind of manipulation. Men are idiots after all. A sad look here and a happy look there is all you really need.”

“You weren’t like this before.”

“People change after seven years, Julie.”

Julie didn’t say anything more as she left the house and went to work. Jax heard it all and was now very angry at the fact that he didn’t have his reality-warping powers anymore.

What does he do now?
