Jormund: What went wrong

It had been two months since Jormund's reign started. Fred had been living in Shirestone and forming a relationship with Melody. This involved a lot of sex. He'd given up trying to be dark lord of Arizelle, having excepted it as childish.

He was also regretful of **** Farsel and that amazon who did the purple mist thing... He forgot her name. He also regretted tricking Daenerys into slaughtering those cows, having realised they could have just sold them.

However one night, he had a dream. That dream, he saw Jormund laying waste to Arizelle, or at least the bits of it he'd visited. Eventually Jormund flew to Shirestone in his dragon form, burning everything to the ground.

Fred then found himself in front of an elderly looking dragon with grey scales.

"Are you this dragon god that Daenerys mentioned?"

"Indeed, I am" the dragon said, "my name is Thordin. I was the first dragon and Jormund was the first of my sons. I created him with the purpose of protecting the mortal races from their own stupidity. The problem was that my negative thoughts at the time were what he was created from. As a result, he was made of evil. Every positive trade would be twisted into a negative"

"Yeah, Daenerys mentioned that his love of mortals was turned into a desire to dominate and enslave them"

"Yes, his very nature contrasted with the purpose he was created for. Jormund sought to rule over the mortals, viewing them as children who couldn't take care of themselves until his protection became an excuse to enslave those he deemed inferior. This eventually led to the Dragon War"

Suddenly, Fred was known images of dragons fighting each other.

"Many dragons joined Jormund's cause but many others opposed him. Eventually the last remaining dragons fought against Jormund a century ago. However Jormund could not be destroyed without dire consequences. You see, Jormund had created a weapon that would destroy all of Arizelle in the event of his ****"

"What was this weapon?"

"Even I don't know what it was he created, many people refer to it as Jormund's Spite. Because of this, my youngest son, Abermund, used a spell to seal Jormund into an egg that would act as a prison. Unfortunately, your ally Farsel released him"

Thordin showed Fred a vision of Farsel releasing Jormund from his egg.

"Why did she do this?" asked Fred.

"I don't know, she was probably trying to settle her family grudge with the Pendragon bloodline"

"She probably thought it was normal dragon like Daenerys. Where is Abermund?"

"He was killed by the Order of Saint Joan who took advantage of his weakened state from battling Jormund"

"So I'd find several dragons with me"

"Actually, the Sword of Light can be used to defeat him, many dragons have been slain by it"

"But I'm not a virgin and none of my allies are"

Then Fred realised something.

"Virginity is defined as hymen intact? I think there is a someone who can use the sword. But I don't know why I should even bother"

"What do you mean?"

"When I first arrived in Arizelle, I've been living a childish power fantasy of being dark lord of Arizelle"

"Jormund's purpose is the antithesis to his very nature. If left unchecked, he will destroy all of Arizelle under the delusion that he's saving it"

Suddenly Fred woke up.
