This small flower garden sits at the center of the Rutherford grounds. The plantings are mainly roses; at the moment most of the ones blooming have bright yellow petals, which give the air a pungent, sweet odor.
To the east is the Administrative offices and dorms, to the south are a collection of small detached homes. To the north is a smallish brick building, and to the west a somewhat larger one with an outdoor swimming pool attached.
