Show Polyxena the ropes

You go looking for your new ****, and find Polyxena unpacking her meager belongings in her small, cramped room in the (mostly unused) servants' quarters of your home. She bows her head when you enter, and you smile. "Settling in well, Polyxena?"

"Dominus. The room is wonderful. And I am happy to be here to serve you."

You chuckle. "I'm happy to have you here as well," you tell her. "If you're finished packing, let me show you around the house?"

She nods. "Of course, Dominus."

You walk her briskly through the home, beginning with the public parts: the atrium, your office, and the adjoining rooms. Moving into the private part of the house, you show her around the other **** quarters, the kitchen, courtyard, and finally to your bedroom with its balcony upstairs.

"And that's the whole house," you conclude. "Not as spacious as the country villa, I know. But there are unimaginable benefits to being in Rome."

"I believe it," Polyxena says, gazing longingly out at the city. "It's amazing how you can see the entire city laid out before you here..."
