MEANWHILE:

Kyuala, Terra and John are creeping through a cavern when Kyuala reaches from the shadows, wrapping her arms around a Darkcross guards throat before breaking his neck and dragging him into the darkness with them.

"I have to admit, you make for an excellent killer" Terra quietly remarks, angering Kyuala a little as she aggressively quips back, "I'm not a killer, I do what I have to for us to survive".

"Ladies, please, can we just get our equipment? We can sort out our differences outside but for now, can we pretend to be friends at the very least?" John asks with a somewhat pleading tone to which both women agree with Terra saying, "Fine" and Kyuala adding, "Yeah, whatever".

John takes a sigh of relief as the trio make their way forward, now entering large cavern which appears to be the Darkcross' armoury as swords and axes are hung on weapon racks, armour hangs on mannequins, shields lay on the table as bows are carefully resting on their wooden curves with bunches of quivered arrows beside them.

"Woah" Is all the trio can get out as they look at all the weaponry but it's quickly followed up with relief as Kyuala says, "Here's our gear!".

John and Kyuala head over to the table and Kyuala immediately begins to suit up however John takes a moment as he sees something that grabs his attention.

Beside is and Kyuala's gear is what appears to be another set of armour currently displayed on a stand, from just looking at it, it appears to be some sort of steel-ish looking chest plate however there's a low hum that seems to emanate from it, he can almost feel a little resonance coming from it as he gets closer.

He reaches out slowly, raising his hand as he slowly moves forward, taking small steps before his hand hovers a few inches away.

"Hey!" Terra's voice calls out, snapping John out of his trance, he then spins around before rapidly responding, "Hey, yeah, what? You okay?".

"I feel I should be asking you that question, you were almost, entranced, by that armour, I could see it in your eyes" Terra says, showing a little sign of worry for the man who untied her.

"I'm fine, just uhh, fine, yeah, come on, let's gear up and make sure these assholes can't hurt anyone else" John says, purpose now back in his voice as he grabs his sword and shield along with his shoulder guard.

As he does, Terra now spots something of her own as she remarks, "Those fools actually kept my staff as a trophy, well, good for me, unfortunate for them, I shall enjoy ridding the world of their presence".

Kyuala hears those words and a little smirk appears for a few seconds as she expects he goal and confidence the confidence of the mage.

A few minutes pass and now the trio is all geared up and ready for a fight but before they leave, Terra says, "Wait, I have an idea-" Terra then looks at the larger woman before asking, "Kyuala, was it?".

"Yeah, that's my name" Kyuala says, unsure of what Terra is about to ask of her.

"Okay, I think we can all agree that leaving this gear here would be a waste, especially if the Darkcross decide to try and gear up to fight against us" Terra says.

"Agreed" Kyuala responds, still with that uncertainty in her voice.

"So, I think we should hide the gear, but to do that, I will have to use some powerful magic to bring down stone to block off entrance into here which-".

"Will alert every Darkcross member in this dreaded place" Kyuala says, finishing Terra's sentence for her.

"Exactly" Terra says, awaiting some sort of decision from the currently deliberating Kyuala however John gives some input as he says, "If it helps us, it's worth it, plus, it's a bug place, to immediately narrow down a cave-in would surely be impossible".

"He has a point" Kyuala says, still assessing the risk but after a few quiet moments says, "Alright, we do it, taking their weapons away will be key and it'll hopefully split their forces a good amount, once you bring it down, we'll head up and find Amilia and Lani, then, we can focus on getting rid of these bloodsucking leeches once and for all".

"Hear-hear" Terra says as the women seem to finally get along some amount, at least for the moment as John says, "Okay, how do we do this?".

Terra smiles before saying, "Stand back and watch" adding a wink at the end of her words as she takes up position, facing the far entrance ahead of the as she begins concentrate, closing her eyes and taking a breath before quietly chanting an incantation, "Brjótast frá jörðinni, hindra leiðina".

The end of Terra's staff begins to glow and the the ground starts to rumble beneath their feet, John and Kyuala look at each other, exchanging worried looks as Terra raises her staff, the rumbling now getting stronger but then, Terra whips the staff down and the shaking down begins to collapse from the cave ceiling, crashing down just a few feet ahead of the trio, a few rolling rocks stopping at their boots as the crashing rocks echo through the cave system.

Kyuala and John now look at Terra, those worried looks now mixed with impressed gazes, the elf now turning back before saying, "I think that worked well".

"Definitely" John says, with a chuckle escaping at the end.

"Well, we better see if you can do it twice" Kyuala says as they now back out of the entrance they used to get into said armoury, Terra then plants her feet, gains her breath and begins to repeat the incantation, with repeated success as she whips down the staff and the rocks come crumbling down once again.

Kyuala and John stand impressed yet again but they don't dilly-dally as Kyuala puts her hand on their shoulders and say, "Time to go".

The two agree and follow closely behind Kyuala as they head up the system that heads toward the throne room.
