Take it to the streets

Morticia smiled as she turned around and looked at Kate, still pointing at her watch "I'm afraid you shan't be going anywhere, my dear, not unless I decide to let you, that is..' and she walked past the frozen clergy.

She was about to cross the threshold and descend, when she stopped and turned around. She took hold of Kate's arm and examined her watch; it was an ordinary gold cased watch supported by a brown leather strap but to Morticia, it was just as magnificent as "her" new car. "I think I shall help myself to your... well, I'd call it a portable sundial, but I'm sure there's a simpler name for it, if you'll just excuse me.."

With that, she inserted her finger up the Vicar's nose, twisted right and Kate's head blurred before Morticia removed her finger." Watch" Morticia said, beaming "I will take your watch" and with that, she took hold of it and slipped it off Kate's wrist.

Admiring "her" new watch, Morticia descended down to street level and looked around;the town was now one large playground, the people her playthings but who was going to be next on the list?
