You walk through the doors into the city hall. The second you enter you see a vampire dressed in a nice suit feasting on the secretary. As you enter he drops her onto her chair, wiping his mouth as he turns to you. As he lays eyes on you his demeanor changes from cool confidence to nervousness.

"Ah, how pleasant to see you my lady. As you can see the building is under our control so..."

"Yes, yes but your Queen requested I keep an eye on things." Your words are calm but forceful, making sure he respects your new position.

"O-of course, the council is assembled in the meeting room."

"Excellent, you may return to your meal." You hear him returning to sucking the secretary's blood as you walk away. As you continue to your destination similar bloody scenes play out, the smell of blood is almost intoxicating. But you press on and enter the meeting hall with your thirst unquenched.

Most of the humans assembled are dominated to some degree with two familiar exceptions. One is the mayor, a portly man flinching in the face of one of Jenny's daughters, while your mole sits alone on the end of the table. For someone described as 'eager' the councilor looks uncomfortable with everything that's happening. When the mayor is hoisted by his neck into the air she even hides her eyes.

"I believe this concludes our partnership, Mister Lentz." You watch the daughter tear out his throat and begin sucking down his blood, earning a startled yelp from the councilor. You look at her with a smirk.

"And here I thought you'd have a stronger stomach if you made this deal with my Queen." She takes a deep breath and does her best to steady herself as you speak.

"As long as your 'Queen' lives up to her end of the bargain I'll do whatever you want." She winces as the mayor's dead body drops to the floor and the daughter turns to the two of you. When she looks at you her expression shifts to one of annoyance.

"As you can see things are well in hand here so feel free to run along."

"Such a harsh tone, I'm only here at our Queen's request."

"Well you can tell Mother that the way for Councilor Miller to smooth things over until the next stage is clear." The councilor looks agitated as the topic turns to her.

"And what about our deal?"
