On the bright side there aren't anymore dead or dying people in the room but what's happening now might be worse. Numerous vampires stand around the blood pool, chanting in some unrecognizable language, the women Jenny called her daughters seem to be leading the chant by a dais that juts over the pool. The blood is glowing a brilliant red and some of it flows upward in defiance of gravity, forming a thin orb around the dagger which also floats in the air. The dagger itself has a red glow to it and merely looking at it gives you a headache, as if you shouldn't even be looking at it. One of the daughters runs over to Jenny as you enter.
"The demon within has been subdued my Queen, you need only take your place." She seems eager to please Jenny, to the point that a pat on the back sends her aflutter.
"Excellent work. Make sure my friend here can see but not interfere." You're seized by the vampire as Jenny ascends to the dais, the dagger floaring towards her. She disrobes as it does, taking it in hand and turning to the assembled crowd.
"With this everything changes, my servants! My ascension marks the end of the old world! Today we reclaim our rightful place as rulers over the human cattle!" The vampires surrounding you let out a cheer at her words while you stare helplessly. You watch as Jenny raises the dagger and plunges it into her chest, then falls into the blood pool. The room is dead silent aside from the pool's sloshing.
