Chapter 43 by Sassypants Sassypants

What's next?

An outing with Luke

Sarah had to give the “date but not a date” outfit careful consideration. On the one hand, her faux mother would be going out with a cop, and it was unclear what sort of legal boundaries they’d crossed at this point. She didn’t want to have her dad get arrested like she had been. But on the other hand, being a supposed “single woman,” an outfit like a flannel shirt and carpenter pants wouldn’t work.

Given the ****, “dressing in a burlap sack to keep the men away” and “poured into a spandex minidress with stripper heels” ends of the dating spectrum, she figured that something casual, but fun, not too “in your face” flirty, but not schlumpy was the best way to navigate this outing with Luke.

She gathered the things and showed them to her father when the time came.

"No. No! Absolutely not!" Aaron said when he saw the things she had laid out for him to wear.

"Look, Luke thinks you are a single woman. This is about as middle of the road as you can get for a date.”

“It’s not a date!” Aaron protested weakly.

Ignoring him, Sarah continued, “It's not too suggestive and it's not too obvious that you're trying to push him away," Sarah said to him, gesturing at the outfit. "Plus, he's a cop. And if he starts digging..."

"Who knows what he'll find," Aaron said, dejectedly as he looked at what he was about to wear on his outing with Luke.

Sarah had selected some shiny black leggings, a red tee shirt, a waist trainer, and black pumps. There was a smooth cup bra and thong, both in black, there as well.

"The leggings are Spanx," Sarah said.

"Awfully suggestive name there," Aaron said, grumpily.

"Women swear by them. It'll hold your 'front' in and lift your rear," Sarah explained. "It should keep things out of sight."

"And heels?" Aaron complained. "Why do women **** their feet so much?"

"Because they will lengthen your legs and flats with this outfit just wouldn't look as nice. And you want to look nice. Speaking of, you really should start learning to do your own makeup. I may not be around when you need to touch it up or have to fix something on your own, especially at work."

Aaron sighed. He was not looking forward to reporting to work as Erin. And he needed to get a bank account set up so he could deposit his paychecks someplace. He had already gathered some documents he thought he would need at the bank and hastily collected them in the purse Sarah required him to use now so that he knew where they were. The problem was they were all in his male name. And he only had the female ID. So using the utility bills that showed residence with his male name on them would open up an entirely new can of worms. How could he get a bank account when his only ID said he was a woman, and his social security number said he was a man? He needed to get that stupid wallet back from the police!

“Get dressed,” Sarah said, breaking him out of his thoughts. “Then we have to do your hair and makeup. And you’re going to start learning how to do it yourself.”

“Why do I need to know that?” Aaron asked.

“You’ll be touching up your makeup at work. And what if I’m not around? Just trust me, OK? It’s not hard. You just need to practice. No get dressed.”

Sarah left and Aaron began the arduous task of getting these alien clothes on. He fastened the spandex waist cinch on first. It wasn’t corset tight, but it was still a constant reminder that he had to appear as a woman.

The thong was still annoying as it settled between his cheeks. With his tucking his junk away, and the firmness of the leggings, he was amazed that there was no tell tale bulge that said “male.” He was annoyed when he realized the leggings were pushing his ass up, making it rounder and fuller.

The tee shirt was fitted, and Aaron was mortified that, even though the bra had smooth cups, it was clearly obvious that he was wearing a bra.

Sarah knocked on the door and dragged Aaron over to her vanity. She pulled up a YouTube video on her phone, and Aaron soon began learning the finer points of eye makeup. With Sarah’s help, he was soon sporting false lashes and a smokey eye shadow. He felt his eyes looked like Kim Kardashian’s signature look.

“Is this necessary?” he asked as Sarah evened out his blush. “This feels over the top.”

“You look fine,” Sarah responded as she sprayed him with perfume. “Get your heels on.”

Aaron slid his heels on just in time for a knock at the door. He stood and felt a slight twinge of pain from his ankle as he walked. He found that smaller steps alleviated most of the pain. Sighing, Aaron minced his way down the steps and grabbed his purse, snapping it shut, then opened the door to greet Luke for their outing.

“Wow! You look great, Erin!” Luke said with a broad smile on his face. He stuck his head in the door. “Hi Sarah! Not to worry, I’ll have your mom back before curfew!”

He stepped to the side and bowed slightly, sweeping his arms to one side. “After you, Erin!” He said.

Aaron minced his way out the door and closed it, hearing Sarah lock it behind him. He started walking to the car, and felt Luke begin guiding him to his car, placing his hand in the small of Aaron’s back.

To Aaron’s chagrin, Luke was a gentleman and opened the car door for him. Luke’s hand on the small of his back remained as he gently helped Aaron into the car. There was a brushing of Luke’s hand agains’t Aaron’s ass, but he wasn’t sure if that was an intentional move by Luke or not.

Luke got into the driver’s seat and started up the car. “This is a really nice community, Erin. You and Sarah will love it here. Do you play bridge?”

“Um...” Aaron said, not sure where the conversation was going.

“There’s a wonderful ladies bridge club. That would introduce you and Sarah to many new friends,” Luke explained as he pulled away.

Luke drove around, showing Aaron the community. There was a mall that seemed decently populated with stores, a small, but thriving downtown, which Aaron was actually pleased to see.

Luke drove him past the hospital, which was near the office where Aaron would soon be working.

“Dammit,” Aaron said softly, thinking about his new position, “Checking account.”

“What was that?” Luke asked, looking back and forth at Aaron and the road as he drove.

“Oh, just muttering to myself,” Aaron said, not wanting to get into the details. “I need to set up a checking account.”

“No problem!” Luke said. “We’ll head there shortly. I want to show you the state’s best ice cream stand. It’s pretty popular around here. “

“I’m good,” Aaron said. “I really don’t want...”

“Aw, a little ice cream won’t hurt you, Erin! Just try it!” Luke said, smiling as he pulled into the parking lot.

He again helped Aaron out of the car and the pair walked up to the ordering window.

“Two cones,” Luke said, not checking with Aaron. “Double scoops, chocolate fudge.”

He turned to Aaron. “It’s really good. You’ll love it!”

Luke paid for the cones and in short order, Aaron had a sugar cone with two large scoops thrust into his manicured hand. He really didn’t want it, so he halfheartedly licked it.

“You’ll have to do better than that,” Luke said, taking big licks on his cone. “It’ll melt in this heat.”

“I’m good, Luke,” Aaron said. “I really...”

As he said that, Aaron could feel a cold stream of dripping ice cream run down his wrist.

“Whoops!” Luke said, taking his finger and wiping the melted ice cream off of Erin. He held out his finger. “You don’t want it to go to waste!”

“I don’t...” Aaron started to say as Luke slowly moved his finger closer to Aaron’s mouth. “Luke...”

And Luke’s finger was in his mouth. Aaron’s lips closed around it, and Luke slowly pulled his finger out.

“Your lips feel amazing!” Luke said with a huge grin.

Aaron blushed. Were men always like this with women? How did he keep winding up in these sorts of suggestive predicaments with guys?

“C’mon, Erin,” Luke said with a smile as he finished his ice cream cone. Aaron was amazed he had eaten it so quickly. “Let’s go see about getting you that checking account.”

Aaron froze. He didn’t have the right info he needed to deal with the bank! He only had the things he had stashed in his purse for safe keeping! This could get really bad, really fast.

“That’s OK, Luke,” Aaron said. “I don’t want to be a bother!”

“It’s my pleasure. I know the manager at a branch near here. We’re here, it’s here. Let’s just get it done!”

“But I...”

“Erin, it’s simple. Let’s just get it done and it’s one less thing to worry your pretty little head about. C’mon.”

Aaron was led, again with the hand in the small of his back, back to the car. Luke took his ice cream cone and threw it away. He climbed back into the driver’s seat and headed off to the bank, where Aaron was sure he was going to be arrested.

What happens at the bank?
