Becoming his Daughter's Mother

Arron gazed at his ring and took a deep breath. his wife had been gone for a year and it had been a hard year without her for him. Her passing had been just as rough on his daughter, Sarah. She had just graduated highschool but hadn't decided on what she wanted to do with her life. For now, she was staying with her father but the time was coming when she would have to go to college. Work dried up for Arron and with Sarah out of school, nothing was keeping them at their home town. They decided to make a fresh start, and move a new town to get a fresh start. They were taking life one step at a time, but each new step was important.

Arron was shaken from his thoughts by the voice of his daughter, "yo Dad, I found something while unpacking our boxes."
