The House Must be Cleansed

You sense something foul throughout the house, you feel it originating from the bottom of the house. You know it to be a cursed darkness that will infest not only this city but the entire world if left unchecked, the purification of the source of this evil is paramount and anyone or anything that stands in your way will either join in the harmony of the light or be burned away by it. With your resolve affirmed you float down the staircase.

"Woah!" As you descend to the floor below you see a human couple, a man and a woman, gawking at your radiance. You come to a gentle landing in front of them, looking down with a judging gaze. "Nice costume there..."

You can almost feel both of them ogling you, the sinful creatures. But this house is full of far greater darkness, you cannot chase it all away on your own. You descend towards the man and kiss him on the lips, your boundless light entering him as you do so. It is a crude way to spread your blessing perhaps but a useful one none the less. The woman looks shocked and goes to say something but you turn and kiss her as well. As you move back you watch as the two of them cough, a blinding white light pouring from their eyes and mouths. Their skin seems to crack and a thick wax-like substance pours forth and hardens, encasing them like shells. You know beneath the surface they are being reborn in the light, body and soul.

You begin to head towards the staircase to go down when you hear a monstrous noise from behind you.
