The Route to the Beach

After the encounter in Diglett’s Cave, you messaged all your friends inviting them to a fun beach day. You had to account for travel time for most of you, and then also scheduling around the Sirens’ games. Jack made it to Vermilion but after hearing your accounts of the gym, she decided to wait till after the outing to challenge Lt. Surge. The boys were still in Cerulean trying to defeat Misty, but they agreed to attend. They said they would travel down the river on route 10, not quite ready to face Rock Tunnel from the north end. The Sirens planned on flying in with Daisy in tow. Jack and yourself would take route 12 up through Lavender Town.

“Well, I definitely need to go suit shopping. I need to dress to impress, especially if your hot athlete girlfriend is going to be there,” Jack teases you. You follow her to a swim shop on the outskirts of Vermilion. “Okay let’s split up. Keep our new suits a surprise,” Jack suggested before disappearing into the racks of clothing. You slowly traverse the shop browsing the wide variety of bikinis, one pieces, and everything in between. You held some of the bikini tops up to you, some of them would do nothing to cover your breasts. You consider going with a one piece to help keep yourself covered, but you want something skimpier if John, Jack, and Yuruki will be there. You find a whole section dedicated to MPL teams. Moon. “Long time no see.” He holds his arms out as if he expects you to hug him. You put out your hand stopping him from getting any closer to you.

“This is the fish salesman that Blue whored me out for,” you answer. Jack’s face turned to anger. “Let’s just keep going,” you loop your arm with Jack’s and continue towards Lavender.

“Fish Whore, come back,” your skin crawls again and you feel Jack’s arm tense in anger. “Why don’t we repeat our partnership again? This time I’ll pay you, you can keep 30% of all the profits you bring in.”

Before you can stop her, Jack slips out of your arm making her way towards the fish salesman. You run after her, easily outpacing her angry stomping. “Jack stop, he’s not worth it.”

“Your friend can get in on it too if she wants, Fish Whore,” he continues not reading the hostile situation, “I’ll earn more with two of you so I could give you 50% for you to split.”

Your own patience snaps at the idea of Jack being whored out for this man. You let go of Jack, turning on your own heels. You place your hands against the salesman’s chest and push him. He stumbles falling backwards off the dock, making a splash as he hits the water below. “Let’s get out of here,” you take Jack’s arm again, continuing the journey as you lean against her.

“Is that a no?” the fish salesman calls out from the water. “Okay, fine 60% final offer Fish Whore!”
