Chapter 4 by nothatperson nothatperson

How should she present herself?

Well-hidden

Amy couldn't just go out in the open, she thought. That'd give her plan away - they might run away before she had a chance to use the rod.

Before anything, though, she had to learn how to use said rod.

So, then, she went outside, looking for an anthill. Soon enough, she came across one.

Crouching down, she pulled the black wand-like stick out of her purse and brought it towards the ants.

Nothing.

She touched a couple ants.

Nothing.

Maybe she had to concentrate?

She stared at the ants, imagined them stuck. To the ground, to each other.

They stuck.

First, a couple ants found themselves attached. Their legs began sticking, their abdomens fusing.

Then more ants began to stick together. Soon enough, a pile had quickly grown. Amy smiled, taken aback.

That was her. She had this power.

It was her own to control!

She almost began laughing; she had to cover her mouth to stop herself.

Eager, she put the rod away, leaving the strange, growing mass of ants, and ran back to her tiny apartment.

The day came.

She was ready to enact her plan - she was ready to get Delilah and Jack stuck together!

She sat in a booth as she awaited their arrival.

Jack arrived first. He didn't look happy, though.

"Amy, where the hell are you?!"

Amy kept her head low, thankful for her beanie - she never wears beanies.

"UGH! Stupid bitch!"
"The hell did you just call me?" Delilah asked, getting in Jack's face.

Amy perked up. It was almost time!

She just had to figure out how she was going to stick them together...

How should Delilah and Jack be stuck together?
