(Conjoined) Stomach to stomach tight

Amy imagined a simple thought - Delilah and Jake, but with their stomachs tightly fused together. So tight, in fact, they'd barely be able to walk.

It happened. Delilah's clothes lifted up beyond her control, as did Jake's. Jake's belt undid itself, dropping his pants as Delilah's pants ripped themselves open.

Within seconds, they were tightly pressed against each other, struggling to find freedom. It was barely ten seconds before they became siamese twins.

One thing still had to be settled, though.
