Chapter 21
by Quelch
What does Andrea order?
The side salad
Knowing Brian’s meal would be more expensive, and wanting to appear more ladylike, Andrea ordered a light side salad with a soda.
Brian and Andrea sat down at an empty table, where an awkward silence arose.
“Sooo…”. Andrew racked his brain for a conversation topic and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to hear Brian’s thoughts on him. “How long have you like, known Andrew?”.
“Since we were kids really. I know I complained about him earlier, but he’s really a cool guy”, Brian answered. “How do you know him by the way?”.
Andrew hid his panic as he quickly formulated a convincing narrative. “Oh, I errr… I’m like his new next door neighbour! Just moved here real recent”.
“Huh, that’s weird. I’m sure he would’ve mentioned a cute new girl next door”, Brian mused.
Inwardly mortified that his best friend found him attractive and needing to change the subject lest his lie fall apart, Andrew replied “Well, he didn’t tell me he had such a cute best friend either…”.
Brian choked on his soda and blustered, his face red again. “Oh, well, ahem, thanks… So, err what’s up with your phone?”.
“Oh, yep!” Andrea remembered. Reaching into ‘her’ purse, she withdrew a gold smartphone.
“Huh, Andrew has the same phone as you”, Brian mused.
Is Brian suspicious?
Magic at the Mall
Enchantment's, Charms, and Crossdressing
Many stories that lead a protagonist down a silken path often end up at the mall at some point. The narrative convenience of having an unlimited amount of potential stores to explore is nothing can be really fun to write for. This particular story will focus of people magically nudged or pushed into becoming feminized during a trip to a mall. The cause could be any number of sources but the starting setting remains the same.
