While Lauren walks to work

Lauren had started walking to work recently. Vanessa didn't know this, but it was because Lauren had put on ten pounds recently, which really showed off her petite form. So she wanted to try to work it off with a mile walk to work and back every day. Vanessa knew the exact route Lauren would use. It was extremely public, passing through downtown and through the park. It would be the perfect place to try out her newfound powers!

So, after packing some secret purchases specifically for this plan, Vanessa woke up early to follow Lauren. She waited outside Lauren's apartment until she saw Lauren leave, wearing a black blazer, white blouse, black knee length skirt, spiked heels and pantyhose.

Vanessa began tailing Lauren, staying about a hundred yards out of site. She was considering. When would be the perfect place to strike?
