Suddenly, a phone call.

"Hello? Alexis?" It's Avery's voice. I pull up into the driveway, mildly anxious. "Hi, Avery, what's up?" I ask. "Did you speak to Cassidy-- Oh, and the video. Did you watch it?" She inquires excitedly. "Yes, yes, and she's alright, but, she said she wanted to talk with me about something." Avery responds in an understanding voice, "I see. That's okay, I hope she's alright. We were so eager because of her aptitude. Often times deeply seated emotions come to the surface after our exams." I chuckle, "I thought so. No worries though, she's already fucking her boyfriend again." Avery laughs, "Good! Excellent then. This isn't the only reason why I called though." I take a deep breath. "The sex re-assignment, right?" A positive voice responds, "Absolutely. We're going to have to postpone it until tomorrow. I had something come up. Take the day to rest."

A sigh of relief, it's nice to take a rest about it-- honestly, things have been moving a little fast, even for me. "What time do you want me there?" I ask, a sigh of relief afterwards. "Early morning. 8 AM, sharp. The back entrance, it will have a male and female symbol on it." She responds. "We'll be ready and waiting." Not too bad. "Will do. See you then."

I go inside the house, and plop on the couch. Butterflies in my stomach.

"A real girl." I smile, closing my eyes.
