Booking a Gig

Tonya arrives at Club Cobalt. As she enters the building, she sees Emily standing with a gorgeous young woman with purple hair. Tonya walks over and greets them, "Hi, I'm Tonya, the owner of this establishment. You must be who Khalus mentioned on the phone." She shakes the young woman's hand.

"Kallista Wilde. This is a lovely place you have here." She responds, "Khalus had to go for a bit, but I'm sure us girls can manage without him." She smirks at Emily.

The three of them head to the office and spend several minutes discussing the business aspects of Kallista performing at the club. "Now that that's all that's taken care of, would you mind if we head downstairs and you perform a song? It's just so we can see what vibe your going for and determine what kind of crowd we should be drawing in."

Kallista smiles, "Of course. Lead the way." She wonders how Tonya hasn't figured out who she is yet.

Tonya leads them down to the stage and when the stage is set the purple-haired singer grabs the microphone and begins performing a cover of Christina Aguilera's 'Genie In A Bottle'. Kallista wonders if singing a song about wishes and desire will give Tonya a hint about who she is.

When the performance ends Tonya gives applause, "Fantastic. That song has always been a favorite of mine. You're definitely going to be a star. You've already got a new fan right here." she gestures to herself.

"I certainly hope so, but you've been a fan of mine for a while." Kallista smirks and transforms into Khalus.

"Khalus?! What? Why?" The blonde tries to comprehend what's going on.

"Just wanted to see if my loyal follower could see past my new persona. Billions of eyes are going to be looking upon me constantly when I become a pop idol and I need to make sure they won't suspect a thing." He puts his hand on Tonya' shoulder, "You have spent more time with me here than anyone else, so if you can't see through it, I doubt anyone else can."

"Okay, I guess." Tonya nods her head in somewhat understanding,"But wait.....your becoming a pop idol? Why? Seems kinda....overt for you."

"You're not wrong, but Desiree left a lot of people looking for someone new to worship and I don't need some other god that may lurking about to swoop in and gain power from them." The trickster shrugs, "So I thought I'd take them off the market."

"I guess that makes sense. Speaking of Desiree, I think it time for another visit." Tonya says with a vindictive and somewhat desirous look.

Khalus snaps his finger, "There you go. Just created a door in your office that leads to my tower. Only us three can open it of course. Don't want just anyone stumbling in there." Tonya gives a grateful nod as she sets off to have some more fun with her divine captive.

Emily and Kallista spend the next several hours setting up the singer's new social media accounts. "We should go to the beach. Get some sexy photos to post. That'll get you followers in no time." Emily suggests.

The purple-haired beauty grins, "Not only are you the prettiest girl ever, your also very clever. what a great idea." Kallista winks and gives herself a black micro bikini. "You next."

"Wait, can mine be a bit more....modest? I don't really want people staring." Emily asks timidly. "Not that they'd be looking at me anyway." She adds as she eyes the singer's curvy, barely-covered body.

"Of course, my dear. How's this?" She winks once again and Emily's clothes change into a pink one-piece swimsuit.

"It's perfect."

"Good. Now let's be on our way." Kallista takes Emily's hand and they teleport to the beach.
