This isn't right.

I get where Ben is coming from. I want to help him. Desperately so. But he needs to overcome this with his own strength. If i would now interfere he would cease to be Ben. “I won't.” I stated firmly. “I could never forgive myself for messing with your personality.”

“It's always about you”, hissed Ben. “What about my choice? I want this! So why can't you do what I want just one fucking time!”

“Because what you want is wrong!”, I screamed at him. “Can't you see that? We all have our failings and shortcomings! There is no magic way to fix them!”

“I trusted you!”, Ben screamed back. “I trusted you, and you still did that to me!” He started sobbing. “Why....what....have I ever done to deserve this? Why do I have to keep living in this hell?”

I got a bad feeling in my stomach. Something felt horrible wrong here.

“If you don't want to change me then kill me! Kill me already!”
