Chapter 14 by Spookity Spookity

A few days later...

Charlie and Gwen

'Do you mind if my sister tags along? I could use a hand with all of these totes.'

Adrienne hadn't given it a second thought to agree, not wanting to make their get-together any more difficult than it had to be. Charlie assured her that his sister, Gwen, was very nice and that he believed the two of them would get along. He did warn that Gwen had a tendency to be... "energetic," but that it was nothing to be concerned about. If Gwen was half the kind soul that Charlie was, Adrienne had no doubt that the three of them could all be good friends.

The days between their first meeting and the next were dismissably normal. With her room being so small, keeping it tidy was little more than light chores. Adrienne gave the place a good scrub down in anticipation of having guests, even if nothing was going to make the place seem comfortable or hospitable. Work was uneventful as usual, but Adrienne didn't mind. Restocking the shelves with books and sweeping the floors was relaxing and peaceful for her, often leading to her getting lost in thought while she worked. Clara had to call out to her three times to pull her out of her own mind,

"I'm so sorry, Clara! What did you need?" The poor girl's face lit right up, finally acknowledging the curly-haired blonde. Clara just shook her head, sighing softly.

"I said I'm taking my break. Will you watch the front while I'm out?"

"Oh, of course!" Adrienne quickly followed alongside her coworker, silently chiding herself for being such a space case.

"Honestly, what's got you so distracted, babydoll?" Clara grinned mischievously, nudging the petite girl with an elbow. "Dreaming about that cute guy you brought in before?"

"N-No!" Adrienne felt the red in her cheeks get stronger, which wasn't helping her case. "I'm only into girls, Clara, you know that... he's just a friend."

"So you say, but you've never brought a girl in here before. Or anyone else, for that matter. A guy that handsome would be worth bending preference a little bit, eh? I'd certainly let him bend me over." Clara giggled loudly as Adrienne weakly punched her shoulder, basking in her friend's hilariously pitiful reactions.

Pouting, Adrienne took her place behind the register at the front desk, not wanting to look in Clara's direction anymore. Not in a big hurry to leave, Clara rested her elbows on the counter, still grinning as she gave Adrienne a sidelong look.

"Well, if it's not that, then what's on your mind? Talk to me, babydoll!"

Still not looking her way, Adrienne's brow furrowed. "I have... guests coming over soon." Peering over at the nosy blonde, Adrienne gave a whiny huff. "Yes, it's Charlie. And his sister. They're bringing over so—"

"Is she hot, too?"

"What?"

"Charlie's sister! If she looks as good as he does, you might get to score after all!"

"C-Clara! She's not... I don't... I haven't seen her yet!" All Clara could think about was sex! How was Adrienne supposed to endure?

"Well, you'll have to tell me aaaall about it after you've had your... 'company' over." She giggled at Adrienne, giving her a sultry look.

Honestly, the idea hadn't crossed Adrienne's mind. Was Gwen attractive? If she and Charlie were siblings, then it stood to reason that they would look similar. Her thoughts drifted back to that picture Charlie sent her before. Just imagining it made the girl shiver, and she stifled those ideas right away. Looks aren't everything! Adrienne didn't have the luxury of looking for a potential partner, anyway. No one was going to want to be with someone like her...

"Charlie said she was very nice. I'm more interested in meeting her as a friend than... whatever it is you're imagining. Clara, shouldn't you get going? You're burning up your lunch break teasing me. If you don't hurry, you're not going to have time to order and eat."

Clara frowned, but knew she was right. Lunging forward, she planted a smooch on Adrienne's cheek, getting one last laugh as she left the store. Adrienne held her face, feeling the heat coming off her cheeks. "Honestly...!" How was Adrienne supposed to be composed when customers showed up? Clara had her all stirred up! About Charlie, about Gwen, about... about everything!

Clothes. The visit is about clothes. Just think about clothes!

The following morning, Adrienne couldn't stop herself from pacing around her tiny apartment. A thousand questions ran through her mind, making her dizzy with worry. What if they're repulsed by my living space? Did I remember to clean the microwave? Do I have enough toilet paper? What if Gwen doesn't like me?

...is Gwen pretty? Darn it, Clara!

With the day off as scheduled, Adrienne gave Charlie the green light to head her way, assumingly with totes of clothing and his sister in tow. Every minute that passed put more fretful lines on Adrienne's brow, fearing she wasn't going to be a decent host to her new friend. How could she? She didn't even have seating for three people, unless she used her bed! She really should have asked Gordon if he'd seen any good deals on chairs recently. What to do...

Adrienne's phone buzzed, grabbing her attention.

'Hey, Gwen insists we also come with breakfast. You okay with McDonald's? :D'

Food! She'd forgotten to eat breakfast, much too focused on making her space as passable as possible. The mere mention of it got her stomach rumbling.

'That sounds wonderful, thank you. Be sure to let me know what it costs so I can pay you back.'

'Gwen says no payback, but we need your order. You like pancakes?'

_... 'Yes, please. And orange juice.' _Why did they have to be so nice?? They were going to be so disappointed when they saw her apartment! Adrienne continued.

'I'm going to take a quick shower before you arrive. See you soon.'

If she couldn't do anything about her apartment, then the next best thing was to look her personal best. First impressions were important, and Adrienne didn't want to give Charlie's sister any extra reasons not to think well of her. Throwing off her pajamas, she started the water in her shower. It took a while to get warmed up, so she rummaged around for a towel and a change of clothes in the meantime. Once the water was somewhere past lukewarm, Adrienne stepped in and got busy.

The need for a shower was twofold. The obvious need was to be fresh and clean for her guests, even if her soap and shampoo didn't have any particularly appealing fragrance to it. Still, smelling clean was pleasant on its own. The other reason... was that fat shaft between her legs. In the event Gwen looked even similar to Charlie's original appearance, there was no way she was going to risk popping a boner if her thoughts ran away from her. Best to just set the thing off in advance and keep her mind clear. Once the shampooing and body scrubbing was over with, Adrienne set about the chore of relieving herself. After a few minutes, her balls were empty and she quickly hopped out of the shower to towel off and get dressed.

Just as she finished cramming herself into those tight undies, Adrienne yelped at the sound of a knock on her front door.

"Adrienne, we're here!" Charlie called from outside. "Clothing and food delivery!" She could hear another voice outside, but it was muffled and distant.

"J-Just a moment!" Panicked, Adrienne quickly began throwing on the rest of her clothes, not wanting to make her guests wait too long. She hadn't taken too much time in the shower, had she? Maybe they were just early! Either way, she had to hustle and let them in. Throwing herself at the door, she unlocked it and swung it open, panting softly from the rushed effort.

"I'm so sorry, I was still putting myself together!" She tried to put on a proper polite smile, but it didn't quite reach her tired eyes. Charlie was carrying a couple of large totes, barely able to see his tiny friend around them. Given his calm grin, they likely didn't weigh a thing to him.

"Not a problem! Where should I put these?"

"Oh, anywhere is fine, thank you!" Stepping to the side, Adrienne let Charlie step into her apartment to drop off the totes. Before she could process anything else, she felt a pair of arms wrap around her, squeezing in a tight but affectionate hug. The loud crinkle of paper bags rattled behind her, likely in the culprit's grip. Adrienne froze, hands fanned out, not sure what to do in such a position.

"Hello, Adrienne," murmured a sweet but peppy voice. "I'm Gwen. Charlie's told me a lot about you, and I'm really glad to meet you." Having a girl's lips right next to her ear made Adrienne's shudder, still paralyzed by the surprise hug. The girl pulled back in a moment and Adrienne could get a proper look at her.

While part of her was still expecting a resemblance to Charlie's female form, Adrienne was left surprised, but not disappointed. A few inches taller than Adrienne, Gwen had rich, dark brown hair thrown into a bun, keeping it from hiding her lovely face and bright hazel eyes. Her modest bust was comfortably stowed in a sports bra and tank top. Widening out from there, Gwen sported some thick, strong-looking hips and thighs, as well as an incredibly plump rear stretching the fabric of her boyish cargo shorts. Even dressed for movement and comfort, Gwen managed to cut a sexy, eye-catching figure.

"Nice to meet you, Gwen..!" The sudden interaction left Adrienne a bit breathless. Her guest had the inklings of a grin on her face, her eyes not meeting Adrienne's "Is something wrong?"

"Oh no, no, not really. Umm... though you might want to, ah... finished getting dressed." Trying not to giggle, Gwen pointed down at Adrienne's chest. When her eyes followed down, Adrienne's let out a gasp.

No bra. Adrienne's big nipples were in plain view, jabbing at the flimsy material of her shirt. She immediately clutched her chest, face going beet red as she looked back up at Gwen. "I-I'm so sorry, I'll... I'll be right back!" The mortified girl vaulted back into the bathroom, leaning against the door after she shut it. Hearing Gwen snicker softly from the other side, Adrienne covered her face in her hands.

"Alright, but don't take too long, your pancakes will get cold!" Gwen didn't seem at all perturbed by the incident, gauging by her tone. Amused, at most. "Hey Chichi, put those down and eat before we go get the rest. You know this stuff fossilizes if we don't get right to it."

"Yeah, alright," said Charlie. "What did you do to her already? We've been here for five seconds and she's already hiding from you in the bathroom."

"Nothing, nothing!" Gwen giggled again. "She just needs another minute, is all. Not sure what she's so embarrassed about, they're just boobs."

"Gwen... Adrienne used to be a boy, remember? And she's gay."

"Oh. Oh....OH!" Adrienne could hear Gwen gasp hard enough to make the room implode. "Adrienne, I'm sorry, I'm a bad friend!"

"It's okay...!" Unwilling to leave her guests unattended, Adrienne stuffed herself into a bra and smoothed her top back down. Friend? Already?

Once she was willing to step out of the bathroom again, she saw Gwen sitting on the couch, laying out all the breakfast food on her coffee table, while Charlie seemed comfortable plonking down on the floor across from her. Gwen smiled apologetically, patting the spot next to her.

"C'mon, let's eat!"

One cheap but tasty breakfast later...
