The Water Park

“Can’t we just go home?” Lauren asked, too nervous to pick one of the options; no matter what it was, she had a feeling they would all be humiliating anyway.

“Okay then,” Maria said, “Option D it is.”

“No wait! I choose C! Option C!” Lauren cried out without thinking, not wanting to walk home dressed like this.

“Really?” Maria asked with a big, toothy grin. It was at this point that Lauren realized her mistake.

“Wait, I mean-“

“Ah, no take backs.” Maria said, wagging her finger. She then smiled evilly as she added, “Unless you really want Option D. Do you?”

“What? No, of course not!” Lauren stated. She couldn’t think of anything more humiliating for her to be seen doing than walking home in broad daylight in nothing but a diaper.

“Good.” Maria said as the light turned green. “Wild Willy’s, here we come!”

“WHAT?! WILD WILLY’S?!” Lauren shrieked as the car sped forward. Now she could think of something more humiliating than Option D.

“Oops,” Maria said with a look of faux surprise, “did I say that out loud?”

“You’re taking me to Wild Willy’s Water World?!” Lauren cried, “I can’t be seen there like this! What if someone there recognizes me?”

“Well, you just need to be careful that nobody does.” Maria said nonchalantly. She then put on a look that was like she just remembered something. “Oh yeah, Stephen does work there, doesn’t he?” she asked.

“S-St-Stephen?” Lauren stuttered. She had forgotten that he worked there as a lifeguard. She and Stephen were an item for three years – which was a massive blow to Maria’s pride – before she dumped him; all because he had wanted to go all the way, and Lauren refused. She even went so far as to call him a childish and brainless oaf, claiming that even if she did want to go all the way, he probably wouldn’t do it for her. If he saw Lauren looking like this and recognized her…

Before she could beg Maria to turn around, she saw a large colorful sign with a cartoon whale which read, “Wild Willy’s Water World: Next Exit”.

Maria smiled as she followed the signs instructions. Lauren felt her stomach drop. As they pulled into the parking lot, Lauren saw that it was jam packed with cars and saw various families on their way to the front gate. Almost half the town was here!

Well, this is it. Lauren thought to herself, I’m never going to be able to show my face in public ever again.

“Well,” Maria said parking close to the entrance, “lets get ready to have fun.”

“Please can’t we-“

“We both know what the answer to that question is, little Lauren.” Maria said as she got out of her side. She then walked over to Lauren’s side and opened the door. “Out you go.”

Sighing, Lauren unbuckled herself and stepped out of the car. “YEOUCH!” Lauren screamed in pain, sitting back in the car; the asphalt was too hot. As Lauren was rubbing her feet, trying to cool them down, she felt herself being lifted up and brought up to Maria’s chest. For the second time today, Lauren was being carried by Maria as if she were an infant; the fact that she was wearing a diaper just made this feeling even more humiliating.

As they made their way to the ticket booth, Maria sat Lauren down next to her and grabbed her hand. Lauren wanted to cover up, but something told her that this would be a bad idea around Maria.

“Welcome to Wild Willy’s Water – oh hi, Maria.” The ticket booth operator, a tall man with brown hair and a name tag that read “Ted”, said. “What brings you here? Trying to escape this heat wave?”

“I’m just babysitting today, Ted.” Maria stated, gesturing to Lauren, “She really wanted to come here for the day, and how could I say no to that cute little face.”

Lauren balked at the lie. She most certainly did not want to be here.

“By the way,” Maria asked, “is Stephen working today?”

“Sorry,” Ted said, shaking his head, “he called out sick today; summer flu. Stacey is working though.”

“Aww, that’s to bad.” Maria said, slightly disappointed. She really wanted to show Lauren off to Stephen, but Stacey was good enough.

Lauren, however, was conflicted. On the one hand, Stephen wasn’t working today, so she managed to dodge that bullet at least. On the other hand, Stacey was working.

Stacey was Stephen’s big sister; a muscular, 34 year old amazon and a former Navy SEAL who terrified Lauren. She was very protective of her little brother and practically tore Lauren’s ear off when she dumped Stephen that day. If she recognized her and saw her dressed this way…

Lauren shivered in fear. She didn’t want to think about that.

“So,” Ted finally said, “One adult and one child?”

“Yes please.” Maria asked sweetly. Ted nodded and took her money. He then gave Lauren a plastic, waterproof wristband; the kind that allowed them reentry and had the park’s name written on it. He also handed Maria a key and lock.

“Have a good day!” Ted said cheerfully, as they walked through the gate.

When they entered the park, Lauren saw that the rides and pools were pretty crowded. Suddenly a realization came to Lauren. “Hey, you don’t even have a swimsuit.”

“You’re right,” Maria said, “we don’t. So, we’re going to buy ourselves some.” Maria reached into her purse and pulled out a credit card…Lauren’s credit card!

“That's mine!” Lauren hissed.

“Not today, it isn’t.” Maria countered as she pulled Lauren toward the gift shop.

As they entered the shop, Maria dragged Lauren over to the swimsuit section. Lauren saw Maria pick out a pink and green bikini and held it up to herself as she nodded. Lauren saw the price tag: $295. She almost went pale.

Maria then sat Lauren down on a bench. “You stay here and don’t move. I want the swimsuit I pick out for you to be a surprise.”

Lauren wasn’t sure if she could handle anymore of Maria’s surprises for one day, but she did as she was told. As Maria walked away, Lauren began to think. It sounded strange, but maybe this was a blessing in disguise. Sure she would be wearing something embarrassing, but it had to be better than this. Right?

“Okay, lets go.” Maria said, returning with a bag in her hand. She grabbed Lauren by her hand and lead her out of the gift shop. A few minutes later, they were heading towards the locker room.

“I’ll be right back. Don’t move.” Maria said as she walked into one of the stalls, leaving Lauren on yet another bench. After a few minutes, she came out wearing the bikini she had picked out before. The differences in their proportions was not lost on Lauren, as she was starting to feel a little self conscious.

“What about me?” Lauren asked, not eager to see what Maria had bought her; just eager to get dressed.

“Of course I haven’t forgotten you.” Maria said. She reached into the bag and pulled out something. Lauren gasped when she saw just what Maria had bought her: a package of swim diapers, covered in cartoon sea animals. Lauren groaned. Of course Maria would pick something like this out for her.

“Lay down.” Maria ordered.

“Please, Maria, haven’t I been through enough?” Lauren asked. After seeing Maria raise an eyebrow, Lauren stuttered, “I-I mean, Ms. Maria.”

“I’ll let that slide for now, but one more time and you’ll be sorry.” Maria said, ominously, “Now, lay. Down.”

Lauren whimpered as she did what she was told. Maria smirked as she ripped open the package and took out one of the swim diapers. She took the diaper that Lauren was wearing off and threw it in a nearby trash can. Then, lifting Lauren’s legs up, she placed the other one right under her bottom. After placing her back down, Maria then wrapped the front of the diaper in place. After a quick velcro job, Lauren found herself diapered for the second time that day; but this time it was much worse, as this one was intended for actual children. And it fit perfectly!

“There, was that so hard?” Maria asked mockingly. She grabbed some more of the swim diapers and put them into her purse as she placed the bag with her clothes into their locker and locked it tight.

Lauren was about to say something when another, more embarrassing, thought popped into her head. “Um, what happens if I need to go to the bathroom?”

“Well,” Maria stated, “I’m no super genius, but last time I checked that’s what this is for.” She punctuated that statement with a condescending pat on Lauren’s rear.

Lauren turned redder than a tomato. She couldn’t do that. She wouldn’t!

“Oh, I almost forgot!” Maria cried out as she opened the locker again. Lauren saw her grab something, but couldn’t tell what it was. When she heard something being inflated, she saw Maria turn around revealing that she was holding up two bright pink water wings.

“Come here.” Maria ordered. Lauren complied, not wanting to get on Maria’s bad side. Maria rolled the water wings up Lauren’s arms tightly. She turned Lauren toward a mirror to show off her handiwork.

Needless to say, Lauren’s face grew bright red at the sight of her reflection.

“Now then,” Maria said, grabbing Lauren’s hand, “lets have some fun.”
