“Let’s go check out what GDF Ops Management has for us, shall we?” playfully asked Ava as she walked over to her bedroom. With a few taps of her finger on her watch, an illuminated code appeared, which Ava entered on the keypad. A soft metallic thud echoed throughout the room as the lockbox opened. Ava reached in and found two heavy metal cases. She carefully placed both on the bed and opened them both. In one hand Ava picked up a list of the items inside, while the other gently inspected each one.

Ava began to mentally check off each one, her blue eyes getting narrower with every new item she finds. Smart contact lens with missing girl database, UV B Light ring, collapsible wooden stake baton, and hollow point bullets infused with wood, garlic, and silver nitrate that have been blessed with holy water she listed to herself.

“Well with all this folklorey stuff arriving so quickly,” Angel called out from Ava’s bedroom door, “makes me think this isn’t the first time the GDF dealt with vampires.” The blonde agent then flicked her hand down, extending the black baton revealing a six inch wooden stake tip.

“I know right?” responded Ava, inspecting one of the blessed bullets with a anti-vampire cocktail inside. “So what’s the plan?” asked Ava, as she slammed and cocked her pistol with her new “holy” bullets. Angel pressed a button on the baton that retracted the stake, crossed her arms and shrugged.

“I guess we get dolled up, conceal as much of this as we can, and crash a vampire party;” Angel said with a smirk, “looks like I wasn’t wrong about this mission getting hot after all.”
