Katie

Standing in the doorway is the small framed, short little girl that is Katie. She's bare-foot, her toe nails unpainted, while she'd clad in a grey furry, hooded onesie, with a pair of bunny ears coming out the top of the head.

"Hey, Jack! Do you like my new pajamas?"

"Oh, I do. You make an adorable bunny rabbit."

"I'm a kangaroo!"

"No, you're definitely a bunny. Is Caoimhe around?"

"Yeah, come right in."

Katie swings the door open, and you walk into the room, the smell of lavender filling your nostrils. Several candles are lit around the room. Beth stands in the empty space to the side of the room, doing some form of yoga or Tai Chi or whatever else. She's clad in a small, revealing pair of light blue pajamas shorts that are two small for her fat ass, with a small t-shirt with a cartoon picture of an anthropomorphic donut and coffee cup on the front and the text "We belong together". She's wearing oversized headphones over her messy blonde bun, so she doesn't notice you.

Caoimhe, on the other hand, immediately notices you, making a happy little squeaking noise as she jumps up and hugs you.

"Hey! You didn't tell me you were coming over! What's up?"

"I need help," you admit. "I'm way behind on my exam study. I don't have a clue what to do and I can't flunk."

Caoimhe takes your hands in hers, smiling at you reassuringly.

"Don't worry, Jack! I know its easy to get anxious over exams, but it'll be all OK. Trust me, I always get stress headaches nearing exams, but you're going to do great. Everything that could possible come up is covered in the study guide I made you. Even if you've been doing the bare minimum of that, you'll pass."

"Study guide? What are you talking about?" you ask, confused.

"That study guide I made you. You know, the big black folder I gave you a few months ago! It had "STUDY GUIDE" on it in big white letters?"

"Oh fuck, really?!" you ask. "I thought that was a joke! I told all my roommates that you were really funny after that! I don't even know what happened to it!"

Somewhere in your room, the study guide continues to serve its purpose of holding up an uneven table quite admirably.

Meanwhile, the color quickly drains out of Caoimhe's face, as she realizes the gravity of the situation.

"You didn't do any of that?"

You shake your head.

"Oh, fuck," Caoimhe mutters, taken aback.

Well, it's always really bad news when she starts swearing.

Caoimhe shakes her head, eyes narrowing with determination as she grabs you by the wrist.

"Come on. We have to go to the library and get some studying done."

"Studying? Nah, fuck that, I have some other schemes in the..."

Caoimhe interrupts you with a finger to your lips.

"Jack, we're studying. That's the end of it. You need to pass these exams."

"Fine, fine. Let's go."
