She does but not without being seen

Katy quickly grabs the collar and gives a quick bow to the Owner before running off out of the store, she didnt have to far to go, but as she runs out of the store she sees a bus pulling away as a group of men have just gotten off "hey, guys check it out" one of them yells and the group all looks at a now blushing Katy, she runs off towards her apartment as the men cat call after her as she gets to the apartment block, the men still calling after her as she puts her code in and goes inside. Once inside she heads up to her apartment and slams the door closed as she moves to the living room where John was waiting

"Heh 5 minutes remai-" he pauses looking at her in her nude bound form "well... I aint going to punish you for getting more than needed" he says grinning as he gets up and walks over taking the collar from her and putting it around her neck "there we go, now then, first order is give me the key for the devices" he says. Katy rolls her eyes and walks to her wallet on the table picking it up and starts walking off as John chuckles "ah I see, like this because you had no money, hurry back sweetcheeks" he calls after her as she heads out.
