You cheat

There's silence for a while as nobody volunteers to play the woman who had just won her 9th straight game.

The next thing you know, the dart hits the bullseye and the crowd cheers. You look smugly at the woman and she seems just as confident as before.

"Not bad. But if we tie, we throw again until someone wins," she says.

You step aside and let the woman take her place. Just like before, she woman steps up and releases her dart quickly. It's a good thing you had seen her previously throw and you know you have to be fast, activating your magic ring the moment she throws her dart. Even then, with the reaction time, the dart is frozen in mid-air and almost all the way to the board. When you go to inspect it, it is indeed headed straight for the bullseye. "Damn," you mutter to yourself, impressed at how good the woman is at darts.

You move the dart in midair a little, lowering it's trajectory so that it will miss the bullseye. Then, before you return to where you were standing and let time resume, you go over to the woman and pull her mask up her face. She really is Scarlet Johansson and she looks beautiful. Satisfied to know for sure who she is, you put the mask back in place and get back to where you were standing and let time resume.

The dart hits the board a inch below the bullseye and Scarlett looks shocked while the crowd cheers for you. It takes her a while more to accept her loss and she turns to you, waiting to hear what you want as the winner.
