Carnage
Lashing your hands out forward, the both of you slam into each other with a violent tremble to shake the entire house of wood and stone, gripping at the shoulders to pverpower their opponent. Heated seconds passed by with wavering struggles. Every time it appeared that you were just about the push the Typhlosion over, he would strike back with a bone compressing **** towards you, striking a startling fear in your body to struggle less. The entire charade of a battle was exhausting. You were about even in strength with him which gave you some hope of winning the battle since it was better than fighting off a much larger and much stronger, although, you quickly began to see the flames build up at the back of the Typhlosion’s neck to flare out as he inhaled a large load of air to prepare another flamethrower!
Watching his maw spread wide open and a glow of orange shining out from his slimy gullet, you immediately turn while tossing the heavy being, throwing him of his feet and into his side. The Typhlosion was left unprepared from the move, and accidentally releases the fire from his mouth for it to spurt out in random directions, scattering the burning fireballs around the cabin. Flames engulfed the targets they hit, igniting wooden objects and furniture on fire, including the ceiling! Down on the floor, you kick away the Typhlosion as he spits out the last of his inaccurate attack. Rising up, you press a hand over a table to aid yourself rising back up. the fire-type growls above the crackling sounds of fire and grabs your ankle, digging his claws into it. The pain wasn't too agonizing, however it did in fact cause you to bark out and frantically try to kick away the Typhlosion yet again. You manage to hit your hindpaw against his chin, making him unintentionally bite his own tongue. He roars and releases your ankle to cringe at the comical yet unbearable pain he was suffering through. You return to raise up your body with the table's aid, however, once at a full stance, you look back at the table to discover it thrives with many ingredients and flasks and jars. It was an alchemy or medical experimenting table, and right when you saw the flames eat away at the wood to reach a fallen cup of lamp oil, it was too late. A small sea of fire flourishes madly out towards you, singeing a few hairs and covering your face with soot. The heat has you barking out with surprise and leaves you back-tracing awkwardly with steps to avoid the mass of burning heat.
Smoke floats throughout the entire vicinity, staling the air and engulfs much of your vision. The Typhlosion finally gets back up from the floor, a little dazed but still desperately furious with you. Ignoring the dumb idea that a fight was still at place, you wrap an arm above your eyes and dash to the exit door, however a blast of fire suddenly destroys it! Spinning around, the Typhlosion glares his generic cocky attitude again, calling out to you, “Oh ho ho no you don’t! You’re not leaving this place until I know you’re dead!” And it was if karma came to the rescue, burning debris from the ceiling came crumbling down, landing right on top of the fire-type!
Slamming into his head, the Typhlosion fell **** under the pile of burning rubble to slowly be crushed and burned by the colossal debris. You let out a single chuckle before turning back around to find another way out, but…there was an odd feeling you had ringing in your heart. You started this journey wanting help others, even if they didn't want help. You hate feeling guilt, especially since that idiot of a pokemon started the fight. You tried to talk him out of it. Twice.
You regretfully turn around yet again, heading back into the smoke-blinding horror as parts of the ceiling fell from above. You squint your eyes in the dark fog, coughing from the disgusting smoky air, which made you think why anyone would ever willingly breathe the stuff daily. Then, two light sandy-colored legs were stuck out from under a pile of rubble, motionless. Finding the scene pathetic and feeling a little merciful, you unleash an aura-filled punch to the small mound of debris, blasting most of the burning material away, revealing a knocked out Typhlosion beneath it all. Grabbing around his back, you lift one of his arms around your neck and press his body at your side upright, helping to drag him through the falling building and seeing a light from the outside as a glorious exit.
You push over a fallen wooden beam as an obstacle and arrive back outside in the wonderful day, welcoming fresh air as you cough out the rest of the contaminated kind. You drop the fire type out on the dirt road carelessly and you stagger on over to your bag. Pulling out a canteen, you unscrew the top and splash cold water on your face to relieve yourself of your endeavors trekking through fiery obstructions, carrying a heavy oaf, and washing away any soot or ashes off your sweating body, until walking back to your **** "friend".
Lying down on his back with his mouth miserably open and eyes close, you drip the cool water over his smudge-covered face, waiting until he finally coughed out violently. The Typhlosion groans as he places his hands on his head that marked with a small spot of blood from the falling ceiling's impact.
“Ahgghh, my head hurts like hell!” He yells before rolling over to his knees, curling up while continuing to grumble in discontent. You unhappily large burn marks against one of his arms, seeming slick and just very painful to the eye. Feeling that hated sense of compassion towards the newly saved Pokemon, you go through your bag and pull out one of the many Lum berries you collected. You rip off a large piece and hand it over to the Typhlosion. He turns to look at you with surprise, looking back between the berry and you, discovering where he was and what had just possibly happened for him.
He then…
1. Cautiously accepts the berry.
2. Slaps the berry from your hand. *
