I need to keep my composure. Naegi trusted me with a notebook that can literally do anything, I can't **** his trust. First things first, I need to make the security measures I promised.

New Rule: In order for the rulebook to change ownership, the previous owner must verbally forfeit ownership. That is the only way for ownership to change.

New Rule: Neither party currently in possession of the rulebook can forfeit ownership without the other's consent.

New Rule: Rules written by non-owners do not take effect without verbal consent of the owner.

That should do for the book itself, now I have to protect both me and Naegi. With his big heart, if someone threatened me or him, he would forfeit in order to save me, and wouldn't stop begging to consent to the change.

New Rule: Both current owners of the rulebook cannot be killed or harmed. To clarify, neither person can experience pain or sustain any injury.

That should be enough for now, if I missed anything I can surely fix it later. I should get this back to Makoto, if I keep this around too long, the temptation to write in it might be too great.
