Meeting Reinfast

After leaving The Copper Tankard, I made my way to the guild. Inside, my two beautiful party members were sat at our usual planning table. Reinfast stood next to them, looking impatient and still annoyed from yesterday.

“Hey guys, sorry for being late. I, uh, slept in late.” I lied.

“Hmph,” groaned Reinfast. “It would do you well to learn the import of punctuality, commoner. In the Vasquez family, punctuality is the first step to perfection.”

“I’ll try better next time,” I rolled my eyes. “So why are we here again?”

“My father wishes to meet with you. All of you,” he said.

“Huh? I thought you were just gonna bring us our reward?” said Sofia.

“Alas, such is no longer the case. Please, follow me,” he said, gesturing towards the door.
