Fixing His Girlfriend

"I wish my girlfriend wore latex more." John had always been into latex, but his girlfriend Janine hadn't. If this wish thing was real, hopefully that would all change.

Nuere moved her hands a bit, then said. "Wish granted."

"Yeah, right," John scoffed. "No way it..."

"Babe!" Janine called. "Can you hurry up in there?"

"Coming!" John called back. He finished up stacking the boxes and made his way back to the car.

"So, babe," Janine asked. "Can we go get some lunch? I'm starved."

John had to keep his jaw from falling to the floor. "Janine, wh-what are you wearing?"

Janine looked down at her latex dress. "What do you mean, babe? I wear latex all the time?"

John looked to Nuere. "Okay, I see what's going on. You and Janine are pranking me. Good job, very funny."

Janine looked confused. "Who are you taking to?"

Nuere bowed. "Allow me to explain. When you make a wish, not only will it come true, but the world will change so that your wish is not out of the ordinary. And also, no one but you can see me. Now, do you still deny these wishes work?"

"No, I'm sorry for doubting you," John rubbed his hands together. This could change everything.
