"Roger!" Techie said over the comms link.

Felix ran to the alleyway beside the coffee shop, already doffing his clothes with mental reluctance but physical eagerness as he ducked in. With his shirt unbuttoned and dropped in the alleyway, he bared his flat, androgynous chest. He kicked his sandals away off his dainty feet and dropped his shorts, revealing his tiny, flaccid, penis. His entire body was completely hairless except for the obvious on his head. He just didn't produce enough testosterone to grow much body hair and he always manscaped his pubic hair bald. The moment he kicked his shorts away, his ears and tail sprouted as if plant bulbs popping out from soil. The black-furred feline parts flicked organically to show they were real.

Totally nude now, Felix dropped to all-fours, his bubbly bare bum raised high in the air and his tail sticking straight up, back arched. Then, wriggling his rear... he was off!

Felix dashed up the wall of the other building in the alleyway shooting up into the air and landing on all-fours on the rooftop. Without loosing any speed, he leaped and bounded across the buildings, hands and feet used to carry his naked body across the city like a cat hopping from rooftop to rooftop. This was one aspect of his superpowers: By dropping to all fours, he could cross distances with consistent speed and nearly ignore terrain. It helped that his powers made him effectively immune to fall damage!

The downside was, of course, that he had to be naked to do this. He was incredibly self-conscious of his tiny, flaccid penis waggling between his legs as he ran across the city rooftops like a wild beast. With his feline senses, he managed to pick up a few comments from people who spotted him dashing by.
