Chapter 9 by RicoLouis RicoLouis

What's next?

Call Elena's Bluff.

“If you insist.” I said and kicked off my boots and unfastened my breeches and slid them off.

“Wow.” Elena said as she looked at my dick. Her eyes following it as it swung beneath me slightly as pulled them off.

“Can you hand me another pair of pants or you just going to stare all day.” I nodded toward the wardrobe.

“I am going to go with the staring. Yep. Diffidently starring.” She said as she smiled and backed up sitting on the bed. “Don't see a lot of those around here since everyone else is female so I will take it in while I can.”

“You sure your not part Imp?” I shook my head and grabbed my own breeches.

“Who knows.” She shrugged still looking until I had put my dick away.

“Don't suppose you can do anything about this?” I said and pulled my sword from it's sheath.

“Throw it away for you maybe. Better try the town.” She shook her head.

“You should have the leather worker make you some armor for your thighs. I can ask him if you like. I hate to see you get your leg chopped off or other more important things.” She grinned.

“You think he can make me something not to hindering?”

“Don't see why not. He makes armor for elves. You should spend some of that silver the queen gave you.” Elena said as she folded up my clothes.

“Fine. No harm in trying it on.” I shrugged and gave her some coin.

“Great.” Elena smiled and went into the drawer and pulled out a string. I saw it had evenly spaced knots in it for measuring. “Here we go.”

“That really necessary?”

“I can do it or he can. Truthfully you are just his type.” She smiled.

“Fine.” I nodded and she wrapped it around my thigh and then did the outside of my thigh. Next she did the inside of my thigh as her hand brushed against my cock.

“Hey.”

“What? I was just measuring the inside of your leg. Don't suppose I can talk you into a cod piece as well.” She grinned up at me.

“I am good. Thanks. I swear you are part imp or something.”

“Could be.” She grinned and gave a shrug.

“How did you ever get this job?”

“I was an orphan so the sanctuary took me in.” She shrugged.

“Sorry to hear that.”

“I was to little to remember any of it so it fine. When the princess started becoming a woman her and the queen would come and stay and I just sort of been doing it since.”

“You have lived here all your life.”

“Yep.” Elena nodded.

“And you never gone beyond the city.”

“No. It's scary out there. I don't even go in the woods. I guess you would call me a domesticated ellyllon.” Elena smiled. I headed over to the blacksmiths shop to look for a new blade. Mine was still usable but the blade was chipped and cracked in places.

“Hello. Can I help you?” A young woman smiled as I approached. Her hairstyle looked a little odd to me being short on the sides while the middle was long and in long braid.

“I think I need a new sword unless you can fix this one.” I said and pulled it out.

“I would say its time for a new one. Repairing it would mean reforging it or decreasing the blade. Want to come in and look at what we got.” She held out a hand. I went inside to see the shop was small but they had quit a selection of swords along with an assortment of tools and metal odds and ends.

“You run this forge?”

“My mom actually.” She nodded.

“Who was the centaur woman I saw the other day?”

“My Aunt on my fathers side.” She shrugged.

“Really. You don't have any...” I looked down. Other then her hooves the hair was the only thing I could see that might be centaur.

“Extra legs and ass. Well I got some of the ass but no legs.” She turned and gave it a playful wiggle. It was one hell of an ass at that. She was a bit thicker and bustier then an elf but that backside made me think of an orc or minotaur. “It be a little hard for mom to push out half a horse. If you fucked a female centaur it come out like your thinking. If the mother has two legs you get me. Just the way it works.”

“Makes sense I guess.” I shrugged. I wasn't sure if I had enough cock that a centaur would even notice me fucking her if they breed like horses. “These are some pretty nice swords.” I said looking over the selection.

“Well they are no kingsforged steal but we try.” The blacksmith shrugged.

“You have heard of the kingsforge?”

“Yes. Were not that far from the human kingdom. Every sword smith strives to match their skill with a hammer. I have never seen any mind you but I hope to maybe one day go their to learn once I have made a blade of high enough caliber. Learn how to work with gnomish and human alloys and methods. Sadly we don't sell a lot of blades here but travelers some times stop by and buy one. Humans mostly who want elven steal because of its light weight. The rest of the time tools and horseshoes is all I get to make.”

“Here. Now you can say you at least seen one.” I pulled the dagger out of my boot and spun it around.

“Wow. Beautiful.” She said as she took it and looked it over. “Don't suppose it's for sell.”

“No. It has sentimental value.” I shook my head.

“Pity. It's a beauty. Not that I could afford it probably.” She said and handed it back I walked over to the swards on the wall and picked one up. Heavier then I expected it to be.

“See any you like?”

“Blacksmiths choice. If you were a fighter what would you wield?” I asked putting it back.

“Truthfully. None of those. To heavy for me to wield but it serve a human or centaur well.”

“I prefer a messer. I made this one for myself.” She said and reached under the counter and pulled out a sword and handed it to me. It felt lighter. The blade was one sided and had been engraved with swirling patterns then inlaid with another metal.

“Single edge. More and more people wear armor these days. Even off the battlefield. With a good thrust the slender point can slip through gaps in armor and pierce even chain mail that would stop a larger blade. The blade is slender allowing it to be swung faster to parry an enemy blade and you can grab the back of the sword if needed to block. Knife like grip gives the sword a superior hold.” She said and I gave it a swing. Willow had swords like these which explained why she never carried kingsforged swords.

“How much to make one like this?”

“Well it need to be longer for you. Question is how nice you want it to be?”

“If you wanted to present it to the masters at the kingsforge. No gold or anything but something that would serve me well for years to come.”

“Five silver easily. Were talking the best elven steal you can get. I had to save up to make my own. Money I should be putting toward my own forge one day but I wanted to challenge myself. All I get to make most of the time are tools and horseshoes in these parts.” She shrugged. I knew every race had their own version of steal alloy. Elves made theirs light but still durable.

“I will give you two gold if you think you can get the steal to make two of them.” I shrugged.

“Really?”

“Yes. I have a feeling I will need something like this and I can always use a spare. Show me what you got.” I shrugged. If I went up against a Trow I would need a sword that could match their natural speed and agility. “Consider it a payment toward that shop you were talking about.”

“Thank you.” She said and gave me a hug. I had never meet a centaur but I read they were prone to strong emotion. If they liked you they would show it. If they disliked you or you angered them you would know it and you couldn't outrun one if you pissed him off. “I promise you I will put every drop of blood and sweat I have into them.”

“Lets not get ahead of ourselves. You still have to make the blades first. I prefer nothing to flashy but will serve me well in a fight. Light but durable for the first sword. The second one I like as a spare and something to hang on the wall. Something you would give to the kingsforge.”

“I will get right on it. It will take me a few days to get the steal and make it. A week at most. I will need to measure your arm to make it perfect. So the length of the blade will be ideal compared to your height and the length of your arm. She smiled. “I am Isha by the way.”

I left the the blacksmith shop where I saw Ceri the tavern keeper coming toward me. She grabbed me and gave me a hug. “Thank you. Thanks to you my brother will live and be able to walk.”

“It was no problem.” I smiled.

“You have my respect and any time you need you will always have a place in our tavern.”She let go and did a little bow.

“I will keep that in mind.” I nodded. I asked how her brother was and she told me he was sleeping in the pool along with his friend. They would be good as new by tomorrow and probably back into the woods like nothing ever happened though hopefully a little more cautious.

“Hey. You kids be careful on that bridge.” Ceri yelled across the bridge at some older elven boys who took off running. One bumping into an young ellyllon woman who was walking along the shore line. I saw it was Elena as she fell into the water and was carried by the fast flowing current. I ran after her as she was carried down stream toward the falls.

Jump In After Her Or Try And Reach For Her?
