VR Day 4 - You make it back to the cabin...

...but Michelle walks in on a big mess in the morning. You and Viti are both on naked and covered in fluids from the demon.

It is bad.

She covers her mouth and nose.

"What the fuck?" she asks as you two groggily sit up.

"Oh God," you say. "My life ****."

"Riley, I'm glad you had a nice time," she tells you, blushing. "But you need to clean this up and get to the campground right away."

Ugh. Michelle leaves, and you and Viti do as you are told. You don't have much energy, but it comes back to you a bit after you start moving around. You are sore all over, more sore than you ever got from soccer or working out. Your hips... and last night is a blur. There was that hot demon and you and Viti could not keep your hands off her. You remember wanting her to do whatever she wanted to you... and she did.

Viti blushes nonstop as you clean the cabin and get out on the trail. The morning is very cold unlike yesterday's crazy heat, but the hike up the hill to the campsite is hard and it warms you up.

By the time you get there all the other girls are gone. Michelle told you to do the float trip and go to something called the lodge, which is down the river. There is one canoe left for you. The last thing you want to do on such a cold day is go on the water, but you have to... Walking would take forever, and you don't have the strength to run.

You put on your life vest and see Viti on her phone.

"What is it?" you ask her. She is looking at a map.

"This river will take us back to that lake," she tells you.

"Why do you want to go back? Can we talk about last night?"

"We have to go back! That thing is dangerous!" she says, always the responsible one. So that's how she feels about last night.

She is... probably right. She wants to get rid of the scroll so that doesn't happen to anyone else. It was fun... and hot... but judging from how you feel today, it was not good for you.

You nod. "OK. We can do that."

"We just do this." She points at the map. The river splits at several points, and one of them does lead to that lake from yesterday.

You get in the canoe and get on the water. It's cold and terrible, but you had to do this either way. Trying to walk or run to this lodge would take forever... the river goes pretty fast. You are sitting behind Viti in the canoe, and it takes a while to get to the part where the river splits, but Viti points it out and you both paddle to get over to the right.

This branch of the river is slower and more peaceful. You get to watch the pretty forest go by, and Viti is enjoying it a lot. You remember that she is from India, which probably looks kind of different from this.

"Can we talk about last night?" you ask her, and she does not turn around.

"We were stupid," she says. You knew she would stay that.

"It was fun, right?"

She looks back at you like you are crazy, but you can see it in her eyes that she had a good time too. You just wanted to be sure... but she is very embarrassed about it. You won't bring it up again.

After a while the river gets faster. The canoe bumps something. There are rocks in the river. Viti pushes the canoe away from another one, but there are more up aghead, and you are going really fast.

You notice water in the canoe.

"We're leaking," you report to Viti, who looks scared. She starts paddling to get you to the bank, and you help her. You both get wet doing it, but you get the canoe onto the bank and out before it sinks.

So you still have the canoe, but now it's useless... You are a long way from the campsite, and probably a long way from everything else.

"That is not good," Viti says, looking at the ruined canoe. It's quiet and peaceful... if it was a warmer day it would be really great. You would still be stuck in the woods, but at least it would be nice... but it's cloudy and freezing.
