The Comeback Plan

I noticed that the girls went to hide somewhere so i ran to Caleb and just whispered to him "They tagged me, the plan ensues..." he nodded and i proceeded tagging him while saying loud and clear "YOU ARE IT CALEB!" I made sure that some of the girls were looking at us because that was part of our strategy, we wanted to confuse them so we can then chase them together without them knowing who is it. We met up with the boys near the cafeteria and we started discussing our plan, i whispered "Okay, we have to tag each other a couple of times so they lose track of who is it... after that we chase them together but, if you can, try to tag me again as we chased them... you'll see, just trust me..." they all nodded and so our plan began - first we ran to the cafeteria while tagging each other, we tagged each other a little more while we were inside so they couldn't see who had it, as we left the cafeteria Caleb was it and we saw that Daisy was the nearest girl so we continued with the second phase. They didn't know who of us was it so as we ran to Daisy together they could only run away from us, this was going to be helpful later on, we had to run in a specific formation so we could swarm them and keep them as close as possible, if two of them managed to get away from us the plan would be ruin but thankfully we were able to lead them to the football field where we chased them, we did like a C around the field and we had to make sure that they all went to the hallway at the first floor of the Specials building, we needed that for the next phase.

Now that we chased them around the football field we managed to get them to the hallway we wanted, they were clearly tired from running so they slowed down a bit, some of them looked behind to see how close we were to them, we needed to confuse them a little more so we all started tagging each other randomly, although we weren't actually tagging each other, it was all part of an ilusion as we were just saying stuff like "Matthew you are it!" "Quincy you are it!" "Dre you are it!" "Caleb you are it!!" without actually tagging each other, sometimes the girls looked behing to see that we weren't actually tagging each other but we were stoll confusing them, in fact Caleb was still it but they didn't know it from all the fake random tagging. As we reached the end of the hallway i needed to make my master move, i yelled first "Tag May!!" and i saw how May was preparing to make a run, i needed to separate her from the rest of the girls so after we continued yelling more fake tagging Caleb finally passed the tag to Quincy who then passed it to me, we where now at the end of the hallway, the bathrooms were on the right and then main building was on the left, we wanted to take them to the bathrooms so we could trap them, everyone except May.

Now it was my master move, i yelled "Quincy you are it!!" and i almost placed my hand on Quincy's shoulder, almost though so i didn't actually passed it to him, i made it seem like i did and i even made sure that one of the girls was looking at me, May saw that i "tagged" Quincy and after Matthew and Caleb yelled more of the fake tagging to confuse them we all picked up the pace to catch the girls, i ran to the left to block the way so the girls couldn't go there but as May was prepared to make the run she managed to escape, that's exactly what i wanted - now we had forced the girls to go to the bathroom and they were convinced that Quincy was it, Matthew and Caleb made sure to not mention my name in the fake calls so they would think that it wasn't me and since May saw me "tag" Quincy she would be relieved as she was now in the clear, or that's what she thought, i stood around for a while to see how the guys cornered the girls but on purpose they let the girls escape, they did it so they could only go back the hallway where they came from, making them leave May even more alone and now that we had succesfully separated May from the other girls i began walking to the main building while the other guys continued chasing the girls - the plan went flawlessly, now the girls were being chased by Quincy who they thought was it but in reality it was me, they had left May alone so i could tag her but now i only had to convince May that i wasn't it, that should be easy because she saw me "tag" Quincy but you never know with a clever girl like her.

I walked calmly to the main building, i couldn't find May but then i saw her walking through the main hall, she looked exhausted so as i entered the main hall i pretended to be exhausted to, i needed to convince her that i wasn't it and i was just walking and catching my breath. As she saw me she got a little scared, it looked like she was going to run away from me but as i pretended to be exhausted i panted "Hey... May, that was a lot of running... am i right?" She also was panting a little and she seemed to be playful as she didn't run away from me, she seemed to trust me which was good and she even replied "Yeah... that was intense... i think i've never run this much in my life" i got close to her and she didn't even take a step back, i chuckled and acted very friendly like we were just going to talk and i wasn't about to tag her - i got a little closer to her but she then asked me "Hey, what are you doing here??" I chuckled again and reolied nonchalantly "Just catching my breath... just like you i guess... oh you thought i was it..." she giggled and allowed me to walk a bit closer to her, she then said with a calm and friendly tone "No, i know is not you... even with all of that fake tagging that you guys did to confuse us i noticed that you tagged Quincy right before blocking the way and after that no one tagged you and they went away, i think they are around the football field by now..." i chuckled and said playfully "Oh wow May, what a great detective you are... yeah is not me but that was a great strategy right?" She giggled and replied "Yea... it was smart, which i'm surprised about... did you come up with that plan?" I nodded and she continued saying "I imagined... but you can't confuse me with those tricks of yours... i know that strategy and even though it is very good to confuse the other girls i have a great eye for small details like what you did... i paid attention and figured you out..." we both laughed a little and now she seemed very relax, like when we normally talk, she was acting very friendly and playful and i knew she wasn't expecting me to be it. We continued talking, now i said jokingly "Well you seem like a very good player... i'm impressed that you noticed how i tagged Quincy, i thought it would work but i guess not... i mean maybe he tagged someone, i don't know..." she chuckled and leaned against the wall behind her, now i even had her cornered so there was no way she could escape me, i was about to tag her but then she asked me "Hey, and what is this game about? Scarlet mentioned something about a bet, what is it?" I got nervous as i didn't want to tell her the truth so i ended up replying "Oh is nothing... just a silly game between us" she smiled and then with a friendly and soft voice she said "Well can i just tell you that you two look really cute together? Like seriously... is like you are made for each other..." i giggled akwardly and even blushed a little, then i said playfully "Oh come on May... don't say that... i mean, i do think she is very cute and all but i don't know how we look like a couple..." she continued complimenting me and it made me feel kinda bad for her, now i didn't want to tag her but she continued saying with a sweet voice "But you really look cute together, i am so happy for you and i know right now we are competing against each other and all buuuuut... i really like that we are playing this game, just for fun, i don't care who wins or loses... i'm glad that you are able to have fun with her and it's something that i really look forward to when i get a boyfriend... if i get one, so like... never" we both laughed and that's when i took a good look at her apperance.

She was smiling at me as she stared into my eyes, i stared at hers for a second i could see how sweet and nice of a person she really was, behind those big, beautiful, emerald green eyes there was the kindest soul i've ever met, she was an angel with the body of the prettiest girl i've ever seen - she had a very casual outfit today which consisted of a pair of shorts with a white flutter sleeves tunic that made her look very pretty, she was also wearing a small white ribbon that made her already gorgeous hair look even better, i got lost appreciating her apperance, she looked really good so after a whike of just staring at her i said "Oh you are so sweet May, thank you... by the way, you look very good today..." she giggled and with a soft tone she said "Aww, thank you... you are also very sweet... i'm using this cute ribbon that i'm hoping looks good on me, i don't know if it actually does but i like wearing it..." she giggled and i smiled at her, on one hand i loved seeing May like that, she was such a happy and pretty person that i couldn't help but smile as i looked at her but on the other hand i was probably about to ruin her trust for me, and maybe even our friendship, i smiled one last time and i said "Yeah, it looks good on you, you should wear it more often actually, it goes really well with your outfit..." she continued smiling but i stopped smiling at her, she got worried and then i started saying slowly and quietly "I'm sorry May, i know you trusted me and everything but i just have to do it... is nothing personal okay?..." she seemed more confused and she asked softly and very innocently "What... are you talking about?" I looked down because i knew i wouldn't be able to look at her in the eye as i reached her shoulder with my hand and i slowly whispered "You... are it..."
