Her plan goes off without a hitch.

Returning to Sigrun's chambers, you lie next to the animal keeper, watching her peaceful, magically-assisted slumber for the next few minutes. It isn't long before you feel your enchanted ring vibrate softly.

Mentally allowing it, the projection of Corinne beams into the room.

"Cousin, it's done." she says tersely. "I laced Camille's wine with an extract from one of those giant spiders. Her pregnancy will never come to pass, but doubtless she'll just assume she was unlucky, even with the fertility charm she employed."

"O-Outstanding work, cousin." you slur. Corinne was indeed proving to be a valuable asset. "Did it trouble you, having to slay your namesake?"

"A little." Corinne admits quietly. "I've long had an affinity for such beasts, even before the Allsire gave me my title. Ah, but Edward! I've got a clutter of the giant little things in a cave near my estate. So useful, for poisons, the webs, disposing of bodies... You should visit sometime, perhaps you'd-"

"Oh, that sounds delightful, cousin." you lie. "But perhaps we should focus on the task at hand. Leave the keys where you found them and get out of there safely, yes?"

"Certainement, cousin." Corinne nods.

"And Edward, I'll see you later, hmm?" Even through her mask, you can sense the Spider's wicked smile.

After Corinne cuts your magical communication off, you lay in bed for a few more minutes, before returning to fetch the keys. You put them back in Sigrun's hiding spot, do your best to mask any traces of your searching it, then take your enchanted mask and slip out of the room.
