You arrive home

You open the door and step inside. Looks like you got here before Alice because her shoes aren't in the entryway.

"Alex? Are you home?" You hear someone calling to you before you've even taken three steps inside. Your mom isn't home yet either, so there's only once person it could be.

"Yeah Rachel, it's me," you call back.

She always comes to greet you when you get back from school. It's something she only does with you, and you're pretty sure Alice actually envies you quite a bit because of it. It's nice having someone welcome you when walk in the door, and it's thanks to the fact that she works from home. You don't actually know what Rachel does, and the only thing you've been able to find out is that she works remotely from her computer. She always changes the subject whenever you try to ask her for more details so you've come to accept that it may be a long time before you ever learn what it is she does.

She rounds a corner and see's you standing in the entryway. She hugs you and ask how your first day of school went. It's obvious what she really wants to know, and you tell her that mom was the one who informed you during lunch.

"I'm sorry we kept it secret until now. I didn't know how to tell you when we were first thinking of moving here, and it just got harder when we actually got here. I think mom felt the same way too."

"Well I know now, and today wasn't so weird after I realized why everyone kept staring at me."

"Oh. Yeah I guess people would stare if you're the only boy in town. On the bright side, it should be really easy for you to become popular here." She has a point. Being the only male would probably have its perks. In fact, it will be easy for you to find a girlfriend here, even without any prior experience in dating. At least, that's what you think until you remember that there are no girls here. Maybe you could try dating a futanari? You've never thought about going out with a futa before, despite having some fantasies about the ones in your family. But you only ever fantasized about doing stuff with their lady parts. "So what are you going to do now? I doubt you have homework after the first day." Rachel's question snaps you out of your thoughts and back to the real world.

"No I don't have any yet, so probably go game on my computer. Are you free?" She replies that she already took care of the chores and doesn't need to work right now, so the two of you head up the stairs to your room. It became the norm a long time ago for Rachel to spectate while you played. She doesn't ever join your games, claiming that she likes watching them for the story or the gameplay. However, you suspect that what she really enjoys is spending time with you. It's nice not playing alone, especially if your big sister is the one with you, so you gladly accept her as your audience.

You get to your room and boot up a game that you've been working on for a while now. It's story rich with decent gameplay, so your sister has been enjoying it a lot. You didn't tell her that you actually bought it because you thought she would. You're glad that the investment is paying off.

Your monitor sits across from your bed several feet away. You sit down on your mattress with your back against the wall and a controller in hand. Rachel comes and sits right next to you, leaning her arm against yours. You know that your old friends didn't usually get along with their siblings as well as you and Rachel do, so you're quite grateful for how good your relationship with her is. You wish you and Alice got along as well.

As the game is loading, you think you hear your little sister coming in through the front door, but neither you nor Rachel make a move to go and check. Rachel ask if you heard the sound, and you confirm that it wasn't just her imagination. After a while, you hear some footsteps coming up the stairs, and Alice passes by your open door. She briefly looks inside to see the two of you. Rachel welcomes her home without moving from her spot on your bed. Alice responds to her and nods at you. She then continues down the hall and into her room and closes the door behind her. You return your attention to the now loaded game and start playing.

A few hours later, your mom comes home. This time when you hear the door, Rachel goes downstairs thinking it's time to start dinner, but your mom lets her know that she promised to make your favorite tonight. After hearing that, Rachel still decides to help her, and not wanting to continue the game without your sister there, you turn it off and head downstairs to chat with them while they cook.

Your evening is quite pleasant, with your favorite dinner and the company of your family. You finish the night off by helping clean the kitchen with Rachel and mom. When it's done, they both wish you goodnight before heading to their respective rooms, leaving you alone. As you relax and prepare to go to sleep as well, the events of the day start to wash through your mind.
