Chapter 7
by Arou Sal
What will you decide?
Escort her to Eryn's Brook
Chivalrously reining in your baser instincts, you do your best to reassure her and suggest to accompany her and lend her the strength of your Staff on her way to Eryn's Brook, where Bailiff Carson will take care of her safety and return to her family's lands.
She then introduces herself as Adeline of Bontalbanc, daughter of Count Abelard of Bontalbanc, whose ancestral home lied nearly fourteen leagues southwest. She had been returning from a trip to her aunt's holdings, when these men had beset her and killed her escort. Of their origin, she knew next to nothing. She suspected her uncle's perfidy - he had always been at odds with her father over inheritance matters. His spies at her aunt's castle must have alerted him to this opportunity.
Quickly you find one of her escort's stray mounts, and beguile it with a simple Pattern. Riding alongside her, you then set off for Eryn's Brook.
An hour passes, and despite having to rest on horseback, you soon feel restored enough to weave a more complicated Pattern - a mind control spell that should turn her into an obedient ****. Or you could put her into a pliable state of arousal, or induce her into sleeping.
Do you take the risk of her?
