Grocery Shopping??

As soon as we left the snack section Daisy and Ellie left us to play around again like kids. Scarlet, May and me continued with the other aisles, we were now buying stuff like bread, peanuts, olives, other types of nuts but then we enteted the vegetables and fruits area, May asked Scarlet to go and take a number on the meat section so when we stay at the vegetable section we could save time. I was now alone with May and while she checked out a bag of almonds with raisins and peanuts i looked at the cart to see that we already had quite a lot of stuff, i felt like we were going to be buying a lot more stuff so when May kneeled down to look at the bags of the bottom i asked "How much more do we need to buy" she stood up, now with a big bag of that mix of almonds, raisins and other nuts, then said "Oh we are not even 20% done" i silently screamed "WHAT?!" she giggled and said "Yep, we have a lot more to buy so i hope you can carry all of it in that shopping cart, i was going to help but since you wanted to drive you can carry everything now and i won't even offer my help" she turned around and walked around to search for more vegetables and fruits, she was smirking but i actually didn't want to carry that much stuff so i hoped that we wouldn't buy much more.

It was also weird to see that she was going to buy vegetables and fruits, I mean who eats those at a sleepover? Even i don't eat that stuff, i try to be healthy but that just seems boring... maybe May is just weird i thought before i saw that she was walking to the cart with 5 big plastic bags of different types of vegetables. After we stopped laughing she asked "Why did you do that?" I replied with "First of all... why are we buying all of these vegetables? Is like we are going grocery shopping instead of just buying a couple of snacks" she walked towards me and i thought she was going to hit me or something because i offended her - instead she was really calm as usual and with her soft voice said "We are not just buying snacks, we are going to have dinner and everything... also i bought these almonds as snacks because i don't really eat chips or stuff like that.." i let out a quiet "oh..." before she continued saying, now pouting, "I also thought about you... but thanks for not appreciating the effort that i put in these sleepovers" i chuckled because i knew she was just joking but i also did wanted to apologize to her so i said "Sorry, i just assumed you girls bought a few snacks and that was it... is nice to see that we are going to eat other stuff" she smiled and was going to say something but then Scarlet returned now with a small paper, it was our number of the meat section line counter, she showed it to us and said "They are at 46, we are 54 so we have time... what are you two buying"

I responded "Just some vegetables that May thought of buying for some reason..." May rolled her eyes and explained "Well these vegetables are going to be our food tomorrow, of course not all of them but i will see what i can cook with them" after she finished talking Daisy and Ellie returned - they looked exhausted, probably because they ran like crazy around the aisles but they quickly joined the conversation, i was confused by what May just said so i asked "What? You said you were going to cook??" She proudly nodded but i thought she was lying for some reason, like it was one of her games so i said sarcastically "So you are saying that you are going to be cooking tomorrow??!!" They all looked at me weird, it was like i was offending her so i slowly realised that i looked like an asshole, she now said with a serious tone "Yes i will be cooking tomorrow"

I still didn't fully believe her but i stopped joking so i said with the same tone "You know how to cook?" She gave me a smirk and seemed pretty confident, the other girls stepped in and May didn't even have to say anything, they started prasing her cooking, saying stuff like "Oh she doesn't just know how to cook... she is a master at it" "She makes the best cakes i've ever seen" "Is like she is a total pro chef" and other stuff that basically said that May was a good cook, i still didn't believe her because she didn't say anything so i asked her jokingly "Is it true?" She became playful and replied "Oh yeah... you don't know what i'm able to do with the right ingredients and a couple of tools" i raised my eyebrow and continued the game by saying jokingly "I don't know... i might have to see in person to believe it" she giggled and cheerfully said "Well i'm going to cook the best dinner for you tomorrow so i can prove you how good of a cook i am"

Oh great, now i have May that is going to cook for me tomorrow, this can't get any better... what's next? We continued buying a ton of food, we stopped at the meat section because it was our turn, May chose a huge amount of different types of meat, we ended up filling the cart with a lot of meat, there was like every single type of meat there and if that wasn't enough we continued buying more frozen meat, like burguers, sausages, all types of fries and other fried stuff. We were going to have a really good time but i was thinking that maybe all of this wasn't for the sleepover so i said "Hey May, i feel like you used us to buy your own groceries, i don't think we are going to eat that much at the sleepover" she laughed and said "Yeah, i admit it... but i had to buy all the stuff now because i will be busy on the weekend... i hope it didn't bother you" i didn't mind so i replied "No, is fine... it didn't take that long and we have all the time in the world... i also enjoy just hanging out with you girls so the longer the better" they all smiled at me, some of them said stuff like "Aww" or "So sweet..." but then May jokingly said "Yeah and i bet you also enjoyed hitting me on the butt"

They all turned their attention to me and i flushed from embarassment and tried stammering to defend myself but then May stepped in and after giggling a little she said playfully "I'm kidding, he didn't hit me... well, he did with the shopping cart but it was a soft and playful hit... although he did hit my butt soooo.." i akwardky laughed but they were still looking st me funny, Daisy exclaimed "Why would you hit May's cute little bum like that!?" I chuckled and said "Well i thought it was funny" May blushed a little as she giggled and said "Alright calm down girls, leave him alone... it's fine, he didn't commit that big of a crime but he has to pay for what he did to me..."

I playfully said "I'm so sorry miss Spring, i promise it won't happen again, please... i beg you!... i don't want to go to jail again!!" They all laughed at my goofiness but May then continued the game by saying in the same playful tone "No mister Price, you have caused way too much damage to my butt and for that you will pay, if it isn't with your life then maybe it could be... hmmm" she pretended to think for a second but as she did i couldn't help but think about May talking about her butt, like it was the most precious thing in the whole world and i commited a huge crime by hitting it with the shopping cart, I mean... i do think her ass is really precious but i find it more funny that she talks about it like that i thought before she continued saying, now with a more authoritative tone "I will sentence you to carry all of the shopping bags!" I was genuinely scared by that sentence, i didn't want to carry all of the bags but when we got to the cashier, who again, was not naked like i expected it, i thought i will give it a go and actually try to lift all of the bags for myself.

The girls didn't notice when i lifted 8 really heavy bags because May was paying and the other girls were looking at her so when they realised that i was carrying everything they started screaming, two of them cheering for me and the other two were yelling at me to put down the bags - i thought it was funny but i felt how my arms couldn't hold for any longer so i grunted loudly from pain before leaving the bags on the floor, it was the worst thing that i could have done, and all because i thought it was funny, Scarlet and May quickly ran to help me while Daisy and Ellie watched from behind, still shocked from what i did. Scarlet was saying stuff like "Omg Dre are you ok?... are you alright? Please tell me, does it hurt??" And other stuff like that, she definitely cared for me and was worried about my state - on the other hand May was also helping and seemed worried but said stuff like "Oh you idiot! I didn't mean that you actually had to carry those bags, why did you do that??" For some reason i decided to respond to her questions first before Scarlet's questions about my actual health and wellbeing. I said to May "I don't know why i did that... i thought it was funny and i wanted to show off but it was the dumbest thing ever, i'm so stupid" she now seemed more caring about me, she held my head as i was looking down in shame while Scarlet was holding me tightly, she was giving me some sort of hug that actually felt pretty good but i thought May's word were more comforting as she said "Oh no, it was stupid but it was my fault for joking like that, i'm so sorry André... i wasn't expecting you to actually do that" i chuckled as i thought all of this was so ridiculous.

That's some weird shit... May is clearly not my mom, they don't even look or act alike... is just some dumb shit that i say sometimes i said to myself before successfully placing the first bag on the cart.

I continued with the second bag but i thought i could do two at once, one in each hand so i tried it, before i grabbed both of them i heard May desperately saying "No no no, André, don't..." but fortunately i was able to carry both bags and as i did the rest of the other girls jokingly exclaimed at the same time "WOOOW, SO STRONG!!" then they giggled, i was flattered so i chuckled and said "Don't be like that girls, you are making me nervous" they all giggled before i placed both of the bags on the cart, after i did May quickly said "Hey André, please don't do that again, you could hurt your arms again so take it slow" she was clearly worried about me but i decided to jokingly say "Yeah thanks, mom" all of the girls bursted out laughing but May turned instantly red, i just smiled at them because i knew what i had done and i didn't regret doing it. When i grabbed the fourth bag i followed May's advice and grabbed only one at a time with both hands, she now returned to her normal color but i could tell she was still embarassed, after she calmed down she said "I'm just worrying about you like any good friend would do... i don't want you to miss tomorrow's sleepover because your arms hurt"

When she said i understood what she meant, she was right, i had to be in perfect state for tomorrow because i wasn't missing it for anything in the world. I continued placing the bags on the cart being extra careful and when i placed the last one all of the girls cheered for me. Soon enough we left the MallMart and Daisy said "So what do you say, should we go to the coffee shop?" They all agreed but then May asked me "What do you say André, do you have time to hang out a little more with us?" She said it in a weird tone and then i realised that she was pointing with her eyes at Scarlet - she knew, she had to know but i tried to play it cool and said "Yeah sure, let's go"
