Something went wrong

Adam saw that he was just a collection of light in a void as he saw the world he was supposed to go.He slowly moved his mind but screamed in pain as his soul was forcibly dragged by something.

He tried to look at his surroundings as a child like voice cheered saying"yesss now i can revive using this soul".

Adam got angry as he concentrated enough so that the specks of light came close and formed as his body.He looked angry enough as he tried to attack the teen infront of him as suddenly a lightning blasted infront of his feet warning"stay away child.for your own good.but You have my interest since no normal soul can remodel themselves after turning into souls".

He looked up and suddenly his eyes bled in pain at seeing the creature above the teen.The creatire mused saying"that was interesting it looks like some celestial tried to reincarnate you.Seems like things changed".

The teen got annoyed at the creature saying"what did you mean by that?.i thought absorbing the soul is a easy thing".

The creature grunted saying"things changed boy.And if my guess is correct his life importance is far more than you but since i control order,i give you two a chance".

Adam held his bleeding eyes as he said" why should i agree?".

The creature mused saying"well since you are trying to reincarnate,this challenge may be of your use since you can consime his soul and reincarnate in his body.Which has the power that mortals only dream of".

Adam nodded as he accepted the challenge.

The teen got bratty and said "as the apostle of order i challenge you to a knowledge duel.The person with more knowledge will be the winner".

The entire place was silent for a whole min as adam wondered if he is an idiot and went through the challenge in which the teen failed horribly.Adam can feel the creature facepalming at the teen's request of challenge.

The creature clicked his fingers as the teen's soul was disintegrated into adam's soul as he gained all the knowledge he required as the creature said"well congrats.now on you are my partner.Now hang on as i will complete the reincarnation process".

Adam felt his surroundings darken as he finally opened his eyes after a unknown amount of time as he saw himself in the body of the teen he defeated.

A maid saw you and ran out of the room as suddenly some people rushed in crying as a woman who assumed to be your new mother hugged you saying"oh prince you scared us.Thank bahamut you are fine".

Adam sat in silence as some people that are in teen's memory cried hugging him while others were glad that he was ok.

After fully getting the memories,he knew how the original body died as started his plan saying"who are you people?".

The confused,sad and angry faces around him was enough to know that his plan started successfully.
