Unseen: Part Two

You listened, carefully taking in what the Noxium were saying, Rose was prickly as ever, Huginn, Munnin, Namina and much to your surprise, Diana, openly defended you. But you listened, to it all from within the Beast's cage, good and bad, as heard the voices of people who needed a leader, needed a Lord... but could You really be that right now?

that was the question that reverberated through You, and as You stood beside the Growling Beast, You felt him whisper in your ear.

We are ready, all we need is a little darkness!

"And a little charm..."

Here comes trouble

"And make it double."

Slipping through the fissures of the segmented ceiling, You felt yourself reignite into your body, seething downward as your smokey body began to pull itself back into shape, tall, strong, golden-eyed and black-haired, You smiled down at them all, smiled down at Diana who reddened with embarrassment.

You clapped your clawed hands together "Heya folks, how about we get this ritual started?" you spoke, cheerfully as ever, the eyes watching you looking on in surprise, as Vulcan clicked her fingers at Cleo

"HA! I TOLD YOU I COULD DO IT, I AM A GODDAMN BONAFIDE ACTRESS!" She cried, rubbing her cheeks a little too hard.

"Y-You were here... the whole time?" Muninn asked, looking a little embarrassed herself.

"And listening, keenly." You nodded, folding your arms as they all just looked at You.

"So that's it then, You have nothing to say for yourself, trickster lord?" A man stepped forth, Cassius, His form resided in your red sea like the others, but only some boasted a look of hatred in their eyes like He did.

You raised an eyebrow, clicking your fingers at Vulcan who almost immediately pulled a chair up for you. You sat patiently, resting your head on your knuckles and surveying the tall and hard-faced man who challenged you "And what words would you expect me to speak, Cassius. Do you want me to condemn you? hate you? for speaking your mind, do you think a little bit of rebellion is gonna turn me rabid?"

He glared, but You smiled twisting your chair around and resting your arms on the back "Go on, I want to hear what You have to say, all of you, any of you, I won't rule a clan of thoughtless idiots."

"You killed Corvus..." Cassius started "And You killed Umbra, many of us have fallen to your hand, why should they follow You? an uncaring idiot who knows nothing of us... I say... I say..." it was like He was building courage, and in his desperation to try and be brave You finally saw what He was up to, and Your smile widened.

"I Say those of you that agree, a-abandon this fool, join with me, and we will kill that disgusting creature He calls a sister..." He pointed accusingly at Diana, who scowled in return "Destroy his allies, tear this idiotic plan of **** apart and rebuild what we have lost!"

All were silent, including you, You just drummed your sharp fingers on the back of the seat, nodding slightly and looking to them all as they stared in confusion "What? You heard the man, why should You take part in my petty ****. Honestly, no need to be afraid..." You stood, stepping among them, looking at their faces, tasting their fear "If you want to leave, then You can, this is my ****, not yours, my hatred... not yours, I won't **** you to stay with me, although..." You turned to Cleo, her curious eyes watching as You grinned "I must say, that having Me on your side could be unimaginably beneficial, just as it is having you on mine, all my power and all of yours and we could achieve great things, take this city, make it a haven, instead of a hole to hide in, suckling from it like leeches. So I say, go if you want to, but bare in mind the good I can do for you."

"w-why would You-" Cassius started, looking in confusion as You strode around, smiling at them all, though He froze as Your gaze fixed upon him, burning like hellfire

"What's wrong?" You asked in a low growl "Cat got your tongue?"

The Order was clear enough, Namina lept almost instinctively, her cute body hardening with muscle as Her eyes flashed crimson, Cassius didn't even have a minute to respond she moved so quickly, her claws dipping in and out of the fool's mouth so quickly that it took Cassius a moment realise that a portion of his tongue had been ripped out.

He screeched with an ungodly pain, flying backwards as Namina smiled darkly, though she quickly dropped the sloppy tounge in disgust "Ew... so gross."

"REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH! M-MUH TONGNG! AHHHHHRH" He cried, half in rage, half in pain, his eyes bloodshot and red as You moved towards him.

"Yes, you are free to go, but not with him. You see He threatened the One's I love, and Diana was right, I do care, I do feel, so that's my second rule, Don't kill the Innocent... and Never threaten My Family."

Cassius squirmed as dead blood poured out of his maw, his face wrathful and panicked as He looked around to the others for help... though no one made any moves to do so "Y-YOUGH SIDE WIF HIM!? H'HE IS NOT ONE OF USH! HE ISH NO VAMPIRE!"

You cleared your throat, moving that quickly, it was ever so slightly exhausting, but it was more than necessary to make the point.

Cassius looked at you, looked at the others again and their disinterested faces, Your apparent inactivity seemed to fuel a little hope in him "A-Are youh... nott gonna kill mwe?" He asked, a beautiful kind of innocence in his bestial eyes.

And You looked at him, your hands behind your back as the others watched on, some in terror, some in fascination, others in understanding as You revealed your hand, a Black, unbeating bloody heart, in the palm of your hand "I can't kill you, Cassius, because, You're already dead."

Rose was there suddenly, Her mane of red hair flurrying around her as she appeared before Cassius, adding to the hole in his chest, by slicing off his head in one clean swoop.

Hissing inhumanly, You raised the Dead heart above your head, opening your monstrous jaws abnormally wide as You wrun his heart out like a sponge, letting the dead blood splash into your gullet, coat your cheeks and run down your chin to the very last drop.

You stifled a growl, sniffing as You cast the used-up heart aside, watching it flop on the ground as You stared with bloodshot eyes, your face twisted hideously as You turned to the Noxium "Do I look mortal to you?" You growled, your jaws painted Maroon with dead blood "Do I look like a pushover? Leave this place if you will not join me, or... bathe in blood with me... not just to kill like mindless beasts, but to make this place better, for you, for me, for all, so that the Vampire might thrive, instead of dive into depravity, will you kneel here..." You opened your arms to them, smiling with blood glinting red on your teeth "...and join my family, freely and of your own volition?"
