Amanda accessed the locked room

From the cell phone, Claire had found the access codes for two of the locked rooms on the second floor. Amanda and Claire decided they would each take a room. Amanda proceeded out into the hallway, aware of her entire surroundings. Sensing the coast was clear, Amanda began to scan the hallway doors. Many of them were unlocked, and were guest bedrooms; pleasant, but not containing what she was looking for. The second floor hallway snaked around the corner, and Amanda came across a room on her right that had an odd feature, or lacked a feature…no doorknob or handle. Amanda found that very odd, and checking the door, she found that it was locked. She looked around the door and the frame, for any way to enter the room. Along the frame, she saw that there was a piece of the mahogany wood that looked like it didn’t belong with the rest. She pressed it, and found that it flipped up revealing a keypad. ‘This is it,’ she thought, and input the code from the note. She heard the mechanical sounds of a lock system, and then saw the door pop open slightly. She pushed the door open slowly, and peered into the dark room. She put on her night vision glasses, and turned them on. The room illuminated in a brilliant green light. She entered the room, and shut the door behind her; it locked. She didn’t worry as she had the pass code. Finding the light switch, the room quickly illuminated, revealing a wall with a huge screen on it, and several computer terminals. It all seemed quite out of place for simply and ‘art dealer’. Turning on one of the terminals, Amanda found that it was linked to the large screen.
