Blake

As Blake re-entered the wing, he felt the cut on his back sting. The cloth of his shirt rubbed against it painfully as he walked. Dr Armeccitti gave him a withering look as he approached and he braced himself for an earful.

She crossed her arms, 'So, would you like to explain why I have to repair one of my cabinets?' Blake tried to look apologetic, 'Well, Lexi got a litt-'

'That slutty deer?' An irritatingly cheerful voice quipped in, 'Yeah she seemed pretty angry.' Julia Desqith butted in, 'She threw herself right at me. I thought for a moment that this prudish horse would be too slow to save me. Imagine poor old me fighting a deer, terrible.'

'So, she's alright then?' Blake sighed in exasperation, he was done being angry, now he was just tired of Desqith's antics.

Someone who wasn't was Armeccitti, who now growled through gritted teeth, 'Unfortunately not. But that is not why you are here is it? Unless you are here to apologise-'

'Oh yes! I love to see a good apology. Go on, be extra dram-'

'Silence!' Armeccitti cut in, turning to Desqith, 'If you do not quite yourself I will ask you to leave.'

'Really? I thought you said I needed to stay here for a few hours, I wouldn't want to have to come back due to your negligence.'

Blake saw Armecitti's eyes flash dangerously, the her pupils contracting into her golden irises. She spoke in a snarl, her upper lip drawn over her teeth, 'If you dare speak to me again I will have you remanded to the DO! Don't you dare impute my ability to look after my patients!'

Julia Desqith pouted, mocking Armeccitti’s tone, 'Don't insult me! What do you mean?,' She tried to look innocent, 'You were the one who said I should stay here right? Besides, I'm on your side am I not? They attacked me remember, I want to see him apologise to you.'

'That is it!' Armeccitti barked at her, 'Young lady, you are getting a reprimand.'

Desqith frowned, 'How very terrifying! I guess I should be going then.' She went to rise up from her bed, 'After all, the DO will take a while to get here, and while I'm sure talking back a staff member is really high on their list to deal, I better not take that risk.' Her voice dripped with sarcasm.

She moved to walk out...
