Talk with Tatiana

The two took a seat on one of the benches. It was a lot darker back here but they could still see everyone around the bonfire.

“Tiffany’s certainly one hell of a hottie,” said Tatiana suddenly, throwing Mark off guard.

She was smiling at him, “I saw the way you were looking at her,” she said.

He was caught out, rather than lie and deny it, Mark decided he might as well just be honest and own up to it.

“Umm yeah, she’s one of a kind,” he said.

“We call her Miss Perfect, gorgeous, smart, charismatic... all in one,” explained Tatiana.

“Does she have a thing with that Travis guy? They seem pretty close,” asked Mark.

Tatiana’s smile sunk a little when Mark brought up Travis. “I guess so, we haven’t talked about it at all but I’m sure Travis is well into her,” she said.

It hit Mark, Tatiana was also interested in Travis. Not that it surprised him, Travis would be a target for most women.

Mark and Tatiana both looked ahead as they saw Travis and Tiffany returning to the bonfire with a couple of six packs each.

“I’m guessing you’re quite interested in Travis too,” said Mark, watching the way she looked at the pair.

Tatiana started to blush. It was a cute look, she wasn’t the kind of girl who could hide their jealousy.

“It’s that obvious is it?” she laughed.

“Yeah, a little bit,” he replied.

“It doesn’t matter anyway, he probably only has eyes for Tiffany,” she said, her smile dropping again.

Mark thought for a moment, maybe he could try and convince Tatiana that she had a shot with Travis and that she should do anything she could to take it. It would make Tiffany jealous and maybe she would pay more attention to him.

Or he could the night working on Tatiana, someone who was already jealous and would be more likely to put out.
